“I was in town and needed somewhere to go with my two kids (7 and 3) for a few hours. This was the best “play cafe” I have been to. It was clean and well taken care of. The kids LOVED the play place and the was plenty of comfy seating for the parents. Lunch was DELICIOUS! Best food I have had at a play cafe. A little pricey, but so good (fries were top notch). We also bought a chai latte and strawberry crème smoothie. They both were yummy! Definitely recommend.“

“I’ve lived in West Bloomfield for over 8 years and FINALLY had the opportunity to dine here. Husband and I went for breakfast and wanted to try somewhere new. We were greeted by the bustle of the open kitchen, friendly conversations between customers and staff alike, and immediately felt like we belonged here. Service was incredible from start to finish. “We had the opportunity to try BonDivan. The cafe is located inside Sheeba. It’s so beautiful. They have a nice seating area. It’s elegant, comfortable and so welcoming. We ordered almond croissant, pistachio cheesecake and cappuccino. The almond croissant was quite big. It was served warm. It was not crunchy or flaky. It was soft. I prefer it with flake and crunch. The filling was also not evenly spread. It tasted good though. The pistachio cheesecake had the right amount of sweetness. It was so yummy. The cappuccino was like any other cappuccino. Overall, it was a great experience. They have a lot more on the menu to offer. Will be returning to try. There is a parking lot in the back. Do check them out.“

Admittedly, I sort of understand why she wouldn't want lots of people piling in on a given Saturday or Sunday. The shop is very low-key, quiet, and highly vibrational. Loud unintentional folk would definitely ruin the vibe. But other like-minded souls would adore the place and hold its sacredness. Walking in, you're definitely not expecting what you'll find. I felt like little fairies took my hand and led me to a magical eutopia hidden in the woods. The lighting and decorations gave me Harry Potter vibes. There were butterflies, bikes, and other whimsical things flying through the air. No, literally, chairs and other decorations hanging from the ceiling! It's a book lover's paradise. There are tons of titles stacked and shelved all over. There are lots of trinkets and tchotchkes for sale. You can find unique gift items here or find something special for yourself. While touring the place, I looked around at the seating, there's a counter seating area and a few tables. However, I saw my sweet spot as soon as I walked in...a comfy colorful sofa in front of a faux fireplace with books and pillows surrounding it. There are lots of treats for purchase. I chose pound cake. It was so light and moist, I gobbled it down with an almond milk caramel latte. HEAVEN! I took a slice of lemon pound cake to-go. I can't wait to go back and visit. Next weekend looks good.“
