Missing food items...mountain dew was low on flavor syrup. Not the first time I've had a bad experience at the grand river and inkster location. I won't make that mistake again. I'll just drive a little further for a location that's got it's act together.

I went through the drive thru on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn’t too busy. I had 2 grilled cheese steak burritos and a drink. The food was prepared well, it didn’t seem like anything was lacking at all and it was probably one of the cleanest burritos I’ve gotten from Taco Bell in ages. The staff was very friendly and professional on the mic and at the window. Thank you for being one of the best around!

This location has never given me an unpleasant experience. The drive thru is always pretty quick. The presentation of the food is good and meets my expectations of taco bell. It is easy to customize items to fit dietary restrictions.

They never want to give you more than 3 sauce packs, or they don’t have it.The older lady in the cash out line, she’s very disrespectful and rude to me every time I come here.Also, when I went through the drive through she had me wait in the parking lot because the food wasn’t ready, then made me walk to the door to grab my food. (It’s a drive through for a reason so you don’t have to get out of your vehicle.)

I'm currently waiting in line. They are having technical difficulties but are working so hard to fix the issue and get us fed. The employees are remaining calm and being so friendly and professional. I applaud them and am grateful for my lunch. Thanks Taco Bell!

Weirdest thing My kid had to use the facilities so we stopped, I didn't go in with him. He comes out saying their bathroom has that girly smell like at home, flowers and junk he says. Hmm sounds like they keep it clean, Let's get dinner lol. Those who know, know!
