I have ordered crumbl for delivery and store pickup. I have enjoyed 90% of the cookies the others are just not flavors I like in general so nothing against them for that. I love that the flavors change all the time.
I recently visited Crumbl Cookies in Rochester Hills, Michigan, and I must say that the taste of their cookies is excellent. The wide variety of choices they offer is quite impressive, allowing you to indulge in a diverse range of flavors. While the customer service was decent, I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, although there was room for improvement in terms of efficiency. The atmosphere is new, modern and fresh. Thr cookies are above average at best. They typically have like 6-8 flavors to choose from and they switch out the flavors every other week or once a month.
