24 hour location but the lobby closes at 10pm, not convenient. They mumbled at the drive thru speaker and we could barely understand what they're saying. Told us the wrong items we ordered at the window when we paid for the food. Went to the next window, told us to pull ahead to the entrance walkway while they made the order. Had an attitude when we asked for a few ketchup packs. Waited ten minutes for small fries that were lukewarm when we got them, while two other cars behind us got their food fast, what?!? To top it off, another employee came out less than a minute later when we were checking our order and told us to move our car when there were no other cars in line and started speaking in Spanish to their coworker. Oye adivina qué idiota, ¡hablamos español también!This was an incredibly stressful day that could have ended much better but of course it's McDonald's so nope. ¡Gracias para nada!

She was answering drive through calls while making coffees, taking front counter orders, and assisting guests. All while switching back and forth from English to Spanish with fluency in both I aspire to.

I come to this mcdonald’s location for the first time and i am first greeted in by a wonderful gentleman, i order my stuff on the kiosk and then i pay in cash same man making the funniest jokes and first of all he went to the register immediately, after we go to sit down and he asks us how our food is and we said it was pretty good we ask him about some socks and he said he can sign it and sell it to me for 5$ this is the best service i have ever had not only am i getting this service but so are others sitting and eating. 5 star rating 100% will come back!

It is 1:07 am, I went to this McDonald’s at around 12:30 for food, they are supposed to be 24 hours so can yall please explain why it is closed? and why you have not updated your website because that was a waste of gas! The signs on the door said go to drive through, yet the drive through menu signs were off, there were no lights on in the building, and no cars In the parking lot. Long story short, as a teenager, I could be a better manager than whoever is running this place because it seems like y’all make the rules as you go

The door said the lobby was open which it was not. The line had 3 people in it and took almost 20 minutes. And worst of all for the first time ever from a McDonald’s my fries came out to me cold. This is unbelievable and unacceptable. This is a management issue, this is 100% fault of management I go to many other McDonald’s and these things have never been issues. This place was filthy and the manager (Hispanic man) was so rude. I found hair in my son’s hamburger, the floors were disgusting, all the employees ignore customers and just talk amongst themselves. It’s a joke! I’ve never seen such a filthy place. I tossed my son’s meal and left. McDonald’s corporate office really needs to get this location under new management and have it cleaned from top to bottom

The workers were very friendly and nice, I didn't wait but maybe 2 minutes and I drove off. Drive thru needs repair from bad pot holes, I didn't go inside to evaluate that. I happened to get a phone call and needed to pull over, after I finished I went to grab a couple fresh, they were as if they were fried in the am, stiff cold nasty fries, went on to the burger, 1 patty burnt the other patty was cold and not good as much, no onions, no pickles, 1 slice of cheese, no Mac sauce...at this point I was so annoyed...went for the coke that tasted as if there's a inch of mold on the coke machine that touches all the soda. In all, workers nice, wasted $12 on a meal that went in the garbage and I left hungry.
