Out of all the Barnes and Noble's I've been too, this one is interesting. The selection of books is alright, but the thing that really threw me off was the modern layout with targeted themed displays. This store wasn't as cozy as other ones as it is verrrryyyy busy and chaotic inside. The workers I encountered were very nice and patient.
I love going to this location. They have every book/genre you can imagine here, and they also have a nice Starbucks nook in the corner where you can read your books and enjoy a warm cup of coffee. Every experience here is above and beyond. The employees are very helpful and friendly, the area is clean and organized, and the cashier told me about a cool rewards punch where for every $10 you spend (I believe) when you make it to 10 punches, you'll get a $5 off!

I started going to this location after the Rochester Rd location closed. This location can feel a bit congested, especially on weekends. However, it’s nice to see how many people still enjoy shopping at bookstores! Gabrielle was very helpful and checked in the back when they didn’t have a book I was looking for. She offered to order it for me and made suggestions to other books I might like. Great customer service!
