Update March 2024Ordered a #9 breakfast meal and I'm waiting more than 5 min. This location is not fast food. I was here a few weeks ago. My mobile order was apparently sitting behind the counter for 14 minutes, instead of in the mobile pickup area in the lobby. The employees completely ignored me when I tried to get their attention, and the restaurant wasn't busy. When I finally got someone's attention they struggled to even find my order. They didn't do anything to make it right and just served the cold food.

Went at 4:20am, only guy working was doing an amazing job. Was polite, made my food fresh and amazingly well. I felt bad though, as it appeared he was the ONLY person working. I sure hope not, but either way he was awesome.
