For what you pay the food is pretty bad. I got the Alfredo Montamore and is was underwhelming to say the least. The sauce was more butter sauce than Alfredo, the chicken was tough and dry. For some reason the spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms were all at the bottom so I ate a bunch of cheese and dried chicken at first then some bland buttered noodles and finally some veggies with what finally resembled Alfredo sauce at the bottom. With a drink it was $18 and the awkwardness of having to be asked for a tip on counter service. This was my first time coming here and it will probably be my last. While the food wasn't great and I can't justify the price. You can get better for cheaper and if you're willing to spend that much on lunch you can get way better food.

The staff at this location are truly incredible with top notch service! Unfortunately, my online order was missing a few items once I returned home. I called the location and spoke to the manager in hopes of obtaining a refund for my missing items. The manager acknowledged the mistake, apologized and went above and beyond by refunding my entire order which was absolutely not necessary but greatly appreciated. The restaurant/service industry is tough and I completely understand that mistakes occur but how the industry responds to the mistake, speaks volumes.

Had a terrible experience here with another manager but Jackie stepped in and made it right. Although we won’t be visiting this location anytime soon due to how my fiancé and I were treated. I do want to thank Jackie for going above and beyond.

A nice Noodles & Company serving the Rochester and OU area.We came for a quick dinner while doing some shopping at the local boutiques. The staff were very polite and helpful with the menu.We had the Rosa noodles with zucchini noodles and leanguini alfresco. Both were good and very light which was nice. We added protein to each bowl. However, the cost for the portion was underwhelming but it was tasty.Overall not bad, for just a bit more money you could get a lot more food at an Italian restaurant, but once in a rare while for a quick bite this seems fine.

one of my favorite places to eat. the people are always friendly. ask me if i'm using my rewards n all that fun stuff. have taken many people here to try it out, everyone has come back to me with nothing but positive reviews for this place, and more specifically, this location. you have to try it, whether its togo or dine in. either way, you will have definitely made the right choice.

I always have a great meal here. I really enjoy the med salad, chicken noodle soup and Mac and cheese. They have delicious cookies and rice crispy treats. Hannah was the one who helped me tonight and she was very sweet and knowledgeable!

Food was below average, and the restaurant was dirty. No management person showed any interest in the cleanliness of the dining area, and exterior windows. I wish I could post the pics that I took. Will not return.

Changed menu since last there, if you want noodles and chicken lots to choose from. No beef options on menu that I could see. Too bad, probably won't be back. Also , what's up with the take out dishes for dine in ??

Everything was burnt. Everything was dry. We got two Mac n cheese and a pad tai. The pad tai had just a burnt egg on top. It was crunchy and inedible. The manager offered to remake it and gave me a full refund. Would give more stars but the last time we came it was also burnt and I didn't have the time to take it back. Word to the wise - check your orders before you leave.

Very poorly managed. Barely even acknowledge you when you walk in. They also closed three hours early one time.

Tried to walk in and order and was refused and told that they only take online orders. I asked if I could just place online in the store and was basically told that they couldn't take my order because they were already doing too many orders. Have a sign up then.

The Villages of Rochester location is FILTHY The food was good but the store needs a complete overhaul. Worn out fabric on the cushions and the store needs to be thoroughly cleaned
