Me wife and I dined at Jagged Fork last Thursday morning (4-11) When we came in we were immediately greeted and sat at a table of our liking. Once sat we waited around 6 minutes before anyone came to our table to even get us a glass a water. The young lady was very nice and told us our server went to the restroom. Not a big deal until our server actually came over because we made an eye contact when we came in the restaurant meaning she left after we were seated. She came over very dry I figured she was either just having a bad morning or it just wasn’t her day which is also ok we all have those days. We ordered food she never came back to the table until we were eating our food. The lady that brung our food just walked up and asked who order what dropped it off and left. We finally was able to flag our server down after because my food was cold. I told her no big deal can your just put it in the microwave because at this point I’m getting a lil annoyed and hungry. Was my food was warmed up we did not see her again. My water was empty and needed a bill so we asked another server to find her so we can get our bill. That is when the server popped back up so I asked for a water to go. We felt so disrespected by the service it was ridiculous. On top of that I get a bill with a automatic 18% gratuity. I tip no less than 25% wherever I go but in this instance 18 was just fine. Because gratuity is automatic is not a reason to give bad service it should be more reason to give great service. Highly disappointed and will never come back.

Cute place with very fast service and an interesting menu. The oreo pancakes are so good and there's lots to choose from. There is an automatic 18% gratuity on the bill. Big portions. I would definitely come back and try more things.

We arrived at 8:30 and there was no wait, however, when we left there was a 20-30 minute wait to be seated. Once seated and food selected, it was not long before the food arrived, WOW! The portions were quite large for the price(Cloud Nine & Jagged Fork Crepes). The service was excellent and our waitress was very attentive bringing coffee around multiple times. Definitely needed a to-go container and could not finish the delicious plates of food. The atmosphere was like any busy restaurant, but not too loud.Parking: Village of Rochester Hills, Michigan.

The second time was a lot better at the Jagged Fork of Rochester Hills. The service was great ??. The young lady serving us was nice and complimentary. Tried something new outside my normal Very Berry Stuffed French toast, which is always on point. This time, I tried their smashed burger, which was very good. The burger was cooked well, and the fries were warm. At this location, they even have a few cocktail choices, which I took full advantage of.Kid-friendliness: Have high chairs and booster sits available.

BEWARE AUTOMATIC GRATUITY ADDED TO YOUR BILL EVEN IF YOURE EATING IN. terrible service. Bland food. I had to get up and find the waitress several times to get basic things like syrup for the pancakes and butter for the toast.

Portions are good but why can’t breakfast places use salt and seasonings when cooking? Why do Americans tolerate being served unseasoned potatoes and eggs and it’s just accepted?? The salsas used in the chilaquiles are missing the depth of garlic

This is such a cute place - I wanted to like it here! Unfortunately, the waitress was rude and was very pushy for my family to leave although there were only a few customers in the restaurant. (We had only been there about 45 minutes.)The food was mediocre and did not sit well with our stomachs.

Got the classic breakfast dish and it was amazing. Good sized portion. Service was great and had plenty of drinks to choose from. Loved the variety of the mimosas.

The Jagged Fork is one of my favorite places to eat. The food always comes out hot, fresh, quick, and absolutely delicious! Being a life-long vegetarian, I appreciate the variety of dishes that I can choose from. The restaurant is very clean with a casual atmosphere. If you're in the area, I suggest you stop in for a bite, you won't be disappointed. ?

The food here is fantastic. Wish there were more options, but that is probably why it's so good. Staff is friendly, and the place always seems clean. It is pretty hopping, though, be prepared to wait. Highly recommend the boozy mocha to start!
