The lady who took my order seemed nice, i asked for a meal and apparently i “only got rung up for the sandwich and drink” when it was over $13 (the meal is $11 plus an up charge for my drink). i didn’t get my side of hashbrown and on top of it, i pulled multiple hairs out of my burrito, inside the egg part, inside the cheese, and even inside the sausage. Will not be going back and i would recommend people to go with caution or to not go at all
I go to a lot of Tim Hortons, but this one by far is the most vile one around. Coffee tasted old and smelt really off so I threw it away immediately. Happened over 4 times in this location giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was a one time error. Nope. Rude staff too. They shouldn't be working customer service if that's how they treat people.

I visited this store January 26th and was told they were cleaning the latte machine at 10AM in the morning. Not only was I parked, I was parked for over ten minutes and left. I called them and told them to refund it. They claimed a manager wasn't in and I had to contact corporate to get my refund. I call corporate and they tell me the store manager has to refund it.
