quite possibly the worst tropical smoothie i’ve ever been to. always waiting 15+ minutes in the drive through (it’s never busy), and they NEVER get my food right. absolutely insane
I've been coming to this tropical smoothie location for years and the customer service here is some of the worst I've ever experienced at any food establishment in quite some time. I'm a server at a restaurant near here and it feels like every time I come in, the basic expectations for any form of customer service are simply non existent and are never met. Awful.

This store closed at 9pm. I went in at 8:40pm. I immediately got rolled eyes from workers who took a while to stop closing and take my order. I had two smoothies and one flatbread. While making my order, I could hear the lady bad mouthing over the headset to other coworkers about me coming in 20 minutes before close. She then got my order wrong the first time using milk chocolate instead of white chocolate. I informed her of that and she told me she “made the whole wrong drink”....read full review
