Place is a joke, use to be my favorite Wendy's. Just went and placed an order of 2 lg combo's, 2 Cobb salads and a Baconator fry. The tall dark haired young lady was very unprofessional. My order was $46 and some change, gave her $50 and said keep the change. So she hands me 2 pops supposed to be a coke and diet coke (turns out they're cherry coke) and 2 burgers and says thanks for coming. I then pointed out we're missing our fries and the Baconator fry, she goes and gets them and hands me the bag. We get home and they're small cold fries and we paid for lrg combos so the fries should be large as well. Simply Do Not Go Here if at all possible, me and my son eat ot pretty much 7 days a wk and things happen. But there was no cars in front of us or behind us yet they still can't handle a simple 2 combo order. And the food tastes like it was made an hr before we got there. ... Negative 5 starsJust opened the Cobb salads we bought thinking they couldn't mess that up, there's no chicken and the lettuce is brown. So mad right now, guess I understand 'why' there weren't any cars in front or behind me. Can't even eat the salads, so for $50 we got 2 small fries and 2 burgers with an order of Baconator fries. I'm a local Google Guide and I have to say this is easily the worst visit to any fast food restaurant I can remember in my life

Very slow service and then absolutely no communication from anyone who works inside. No hair nets or gloves while preparing and touching the food. Will not be coming back to this location for a while.

I've put up with a lot from this Wendy's over the years. Lived in Rochester for 30 years. They have probably screwed up my order 30 times or more in my lifetime. I have never felt compelled to leave them a one-star review because I understand that it happens. But today, that changes. I sat at the drive-thru speaker for 12 minutes. Not in line at the drive-thru. At the speaker. The person on the other end of the speaker kept telling me " just a second ". After 10 minutes of this, I asked if he was going to take my order. At that point he stopped responding entirely. After 5 more inquiries whether or not my order would be taken without a response, I left without ordering. There was one car in the drive-thru. As I rolled up to the speaker the car in front of me was also yelling at the person taking orders because she had been there for 10 minutes. Whoever was taking orders at 1750 on March 18th should absolutely be fired. After 30 years, nobody has made me as upset at this Wendy's as this guy.

Prices are absolutely ridiculous and service is horrible. Took them a half an hour to serve 4 people. Ended up leaving the line and went to Burgrz for faster service, better food, for the same price.

I thought I'd give this place another try. I hadn't stopped here in three years because the food, at that time, was so bad. Well, that has not changed! I tried to specify what I wanted on the cheeseburger, but I could tell the person taking my order was struggling with the computer, so it didn't surprise me that I didn't get what I ordered. I was in a hurry so I just ate it anyway. They weren't preparing the hamburgers by the front area so I don't know if it was grilled to order for me but the meat was cold and the bun was so dried out it fell completely apart.There was a Wendy's corporate type guy in the dining room on his laptop and on speaker phone with a tech support or other training person the entire time I was eating in the dining room. That was slightly annoying.The soft drink machine in the dining room was not working but the guy behind the counter gladly got my drink from the drive-thru area.On the PLUS side... The fries were good. The dining room was clean. The trash cans were emptied. And the guy taking orders was VERY friendly, engaging and nice. He was trying hard! He got the rating up from 1 star.

Very slow service and then forgot one of my burgers. The dining room was filthy ketchup dispenser empty, the drink machine covered all the way down to the floor in syrup. I love Wendy's but this restaurant probably has dave rolling over in his grave.
