This location is awesome! They are way more friendlier than the location by the freeway. They are very quick and precise but also apologetic if a mistake is made. The manager, I forget her name but she has red hair. She does a great job keeping the line moving and is also friendly to customers and her staff when I come into the building to order. My only downfall is having to be pulled when I order a Latte. I asked a taller guy why i get pulled a lot when i order this and i was told “it just takes a while to steam milk and we don’t want to cause cars to pile up throughout the parking lot while we wait for it” Totally understandable! You guys do great job! Thank you

Very rude and argumentative. They had given us the wrong order, charged us for something we didn't ask for. When we told them, they had the biggest attitude as if we had done something wrong. Tim Hortons should be embarrassed to have people like that representing there business. We did nothing wrong, but where treated with total disrespect. This is a good location to start replacing staff with people who know how to treat customers and build a positive brand.

Times have changed and so has the service at this company. They have great products but there people in any location are rude and terrible when it comes to service and customer service.

I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I've consistently gotten the same service every time I've gone here. They don't give you your receipt unless you ask for it, and they get offended if you do. If you order any food, they pull you forward and make you wait even if there isn't anyone waiting behind you. I tried to ask them why today and I was told to "shut up and go home" by the polite woman who handed me my order angrily. I'm really just throwing this here so that if the owners actually read their reviews, they can train their team because they've been consistently rude to me and I come here pretty frequently.

You know, when I place my order, and you ask is that all, when I go to add other items, maybe you should WAIT, for me to finish my order, and when I get to the window, I can't just order or add the 1 item you didn't wait for me to add to it, I have to pull back around, forget it, I don't need any of if it then.

It was on a Tuesday, we went in thinking it was just a day, you know? It was in the morning, we were greeted with a church- like stillness.. reverent?I was the first one to hoot into the quiet. Kind echoed.Soon we're all hooting like some kinda crazy birds and one of us started to harmonize and the next thing you know we hit this C and it's just the frequency, you know?The tables and shelves start resonating and feeding back, pretty soon the doughnuts themselves are singing, the employees are peering over counters, and of course, Petey forgets himself and floats off the ground a little..It was on a Tuesday. Snatched him back down, looked around apologetically, and scooted.Always on a Tuesday.

This place messed up my order almost every time. They're CONSTANTLY out of items in the middle of the day. Today I ordered on the app, and when I showed up at noon, they didn't have bread for the sandwich, pumpkin spice flavor for the cold brew, and they gave me the wrong donut. No one offered any sort of compensation or a free timbit or even a genuine, "Hey I'm sorry but we're out of those."Every time I come here I think, "This is the last time I'm coming here..." from not on I'm going up the road to the Tim Hortons a mile up the street. They at least have their act together

Food is good, service is ok. I have a problem with if you order a sandwich and a donut they just dump the donut in the bag with no wrapper or inn a separate bag. That is so unsanitary. When I asked about it the lady at the window looked at me like I was an alien. She never got the manager when I asked she walked away from the window until I decided to just pull off and never go back there again.

I stop into this Tim Hortons location often and they are usually very fast and I have no issues. I always order the same drink and today I seemed to have more milk and not even filled all the way but I just thought maybe it needs to be stirred well I started stirring and it didn’t change. I paid over $4 for a cup of milk so when I called the store to complain because I know how this should taste i couldn’t get threw and called 5 times just to be told to bring it in for a refund.. well that’s impossible when most customers are on their way to work and can’t just turn around and then be late so when I stated I can’t do that I was given and attitude by the women who answered the phone named Cierra. She was extremely rude and acted as though I was the problem when her or her coworkers are the ones who didn’t make the drink correctly. Highly disappointed in the service provided today!

Coffee is okay, food cold, and service sucks they don't listen to my question at window, and do I have to ask for napkins everytime I order food, come on you can do better at customer service.

After having a missing item with a delivery I called and asked to speak with a manager. The earpiece was laid aside and no one came to the phone. The phone was then hung up. I subsequently called back two times and was hung up each time. Absolutely no concern shown to the customer! I will call back at a later time, but I am not expecting much.
