Very rude and argumentative. They had given us the wrong order, charged us for something we didn't ask for. When we told them, they had the biggest attitude as if we had done something wrong. Tim Hortons should be embarrassed to have people like that representing there business. We did nothing wrong, but where treated with total disrespect. This is a good location to start replacing staff with people who know how to treat customers and build a positive brand.
Times have changed and so has the service at this company. They have great products but there people in any location are rude and terrible when it comes to service and customer service.

This location is awesome! They are way more friendlier than the location by the freeway. They are very quick and precise but also apologetic if a mistake is made. The manager, I forget her name but she has red hair. She does a great job keeping the line moving and is also friendly to customers and her staff when I come into the building to order.
