Worst breakfast we have ever had. Service slow, omelet cold and waiting for 45 minutes for a breakfast is ridiculous. Maybe other first watch restaurants are good but not this one. So disappointed

First time at First Watch, and we loved it. The food was very tasty and the portion sizes were just perfect. The pancakes are amazing.

Love that there is outdoor seating at this location and staff/service very good here as well I've had a 5-star breakfast, which I think is what First Watch does best, no matter which location you visit. The healthy bowls, the pancakes, the juices- all wonderful Lunch is just ok at FW Had the time ago soup - Friend had the soup and arugula salad. It's ok- especially in comparison to the breakfast items. Not bad but I wouldn't order them again What is great is that they serve those brunch cocktails all day long! and they have a lot of vegetable juice & vodka combos so you can feel good about drinking your greens

Today was my first visit here and the food was not bad, the service was not good though, the waiter that I had made many mistakes and also did not treat my date and I the same way that he treated other customers. He asked many others questions like.. "hows your food?" and "do you need anything else?" He forgot many important details to go with our orders and never even came back to my table to make sure things were going smoothly. I may visit here again someday because it was a pretty busy day but when I do I just hope that the customer service is better than today because the food was enjoyable. Side note: Im not sure the waiter's name but he was a tall thin white male, with a bald shaved head, and blueish-green eyes.

We had a very good experience at this location. I do prefer it over the Troy one. Went there on Friday morning to get some breakfast and we were sitted on the nice patio. Our server was very attentive and made sure our modifications were met. I'm not a fan of their coffee, it tastes sour to me and one thing I noticed and was always very appreciative was the vegan Silk creamer. It's gone and was replaced by a cheap alternative that is not vegan! It's very confusing since there is dairy free note on the package but then it says: contains milk. This is a bummer and I'm very disappointed in First Watch for doing that. Our breakfast dishes were good and fresh, although the chorizo omelet had barely any chorizo in it. My avocado toast was good, I really like their bread a lot. Other than some minor disappointments I can say it was a pleasant experience at this location.

My family loves First Watch! Every time we've gone in we've had good service, the food has exceeded our expectations, and there's something on the menu that everyone likes. Which is hard with a family of 5. It's a little on the pricey side for a big family, but it's perfect for a couples breakfast/brunch date. We really like the fact that some of the menu rotates seasonally (including adult beverages).

The food was excellent. The service was a little slow but still friendly. My cocktail was exceptional also. I will most definitely be back.

On a Friday around 11:30a, we were seated immediately. We ordered within 5 minutes and had coffee or water in no time. Unfortunately, the OJ we ordered never came. The food took about 40 or so min to arrive. We ordered a blueberry pancake with turkey sausage and the Tri-fecta- 2 eggs, waffle or pancakes and choice of sausage. The dishes did NOT come out together. The 2nd was about 7 minutes later. Still had to wait for my eggs which came out a couple minutes later. That was a bit of a let down. It's clear there was a struggle in cranking out orders in the kitchen. However, the food was great!! A delicious brunch! Unless you hit this place at the right time, this may be a spot to order and pickup.

Steak and eggs was delicious! The toast and jam they use is different, and delicious! The coffee was amazing, I could drink it black no problem. Great service! Will be here more!

I had a pretty bad experience here today. My husband and I arrived at 1pm. There were a line of people waiting to put their name in. I decided to add myself to the waitlist on the website thinking that may be faster. I was close to the front when this happened. The person in front of me was told 30 min wait. I told the hostess I just put my name in online and it said 45 mins but I'm guessing it will be faster. She told me it would be 45 minutes. I figured it would probably be a faster wait than they said as i just heard the people in front of me quoted 30 mins. Many people were seated before us. This was strange but we let it go. Our table was finally ready and they texted us. After being sat for 5 minutes I received a message that my table was no long available. Thought it was weird as I was already seated. Then 15-20 minutes goes by and no waitress comes over to help us. My husband hates to complain so we waited quite a while. A ton of servers walked right by. I finally went to the hostess stand and told them we still didn't have a server. The hostess proceeded to pour us coffee and water. More time goes by and we finally got a server. I had asked for my meal without some compote sauce. After a super long wait. I'm talking a full hour, my meal came out with the sauce on it. They took it back and I swear I had to wait for every other meal to be made before mine. My husband was trying to wait for me to eat but I told him to go ahead. The place closed at 2:30 and we were def there til at least 3:30pm. When we paid, the cashier asked if everything was good. I had to laugh because it clearly was terrible and she must have forgotten we were the same people who waited forever, had no server and had a food mix up! Terrible service. The food is alright.

If you like waiting and not eating come here. If you're doing intermittent fasting this is the spot for you. Would recommend ordering anything for them to get it wrong. Pros: water is free Cons: dying of starvation as I write this Timeline: 10:00 am get in line after making a reservation to be told to wait 30 min 10:30 arrive 11:00 order food 12:00 everyone's order is wrong 12:43 still no food

Food and service was amazing. The mimosas were 10/10. Will be back soon I highly recommend

It was good. It took me about 6 times to get into the place. Either they were closed or a long wait. I guess I expected more since the place is always busy. I ordered the barbacoa quesadilla Benedict. It tasted better than it looked. Not to mention is was a very small portion. It looked as though it was just slapped on the plate (see photo). I got there a little after 2:00 and they close at 2:30. Maybe they were in a hurry to get out of there. I always give a place 2 shots to empress me. The first didn't. Maybe they can redeem themselves on my second visit.

The problem with being friends with Millenials is that they want their fancy schmancy avocado toast for breakfast; whereas, I want simple, greasy diner food - eggs, crispy bacon, sausage, toast. My friend ordered the million dollar bacon. I've had it before at other locations and although quite good, I'm more of a plain American bacon fan. Overall, I thought the service and food were much better than the Troy location; however, the wait is just as bad.

This place is by far one of the busiest places on the weekends. Waiter was very nice. I had the healthy turkey, which is a egg white omelet with turkey. Omelet was bland. One thing about egg whites is that if you don't prep & cook properly then they turn into rubber. This was the case here. The potatoes were flavorful and cooked perfectly. Apparently, since inflation is so high you only get 1 slice of toast. Of course the toast was one of the best parts, but the jam had toooooo much sugar.
