made the mistake of ordering (extra sauce) on my sub.... DO NOT DO THIS!! unless you want to drown in it...the bread was so soaked it fell apart all soggy like it was dunked in it..needless to say i dont fancy soaking wet bread so it was like $20 to pick out the meat and feed it to my dog... and wash my oily hands and counter off afterwards.. it comes wrapped in wax paper... the wax paper was soaked....Im surprised it made it in the bag without falling out... couple more mins of delivery it probably would have...now i smell like jimmy john sauce... too bad i lost my appitite :( FML

Jimmy John's delivery sucks. I called from LITERALLY ONE MILE AWAY in Hunting Woods, the nicest part around this area, halfway through order they tell me I have to to Ferndale store 1.9 miles away.. who then take my order only to call me back and say they don't deliver there and had to void my order...so basically Jimmy John's only delivers to line of sight? ridiculous

Last time I went in I caught the employee holding and cutting my pickle with no gloves on, and I had to point out she touched the pickle with bare hands before she offered to get a different one. This time I went in and ordered a #12 Turkey sub and got home to only find lettuce and Mayo on my sub. This location sucks

When ordering with the app, I’m forced to use this location, which I always try to avoid!Food is always made incorrectly, delivery is slow (45 mins or more) and I only live about two miles away.I can order two wraps and somehow both are made wrong, 50/50 chance here guys. Just go to the Clawson store if you can, they don’t mess up. Just don’t know how to get them to deliver to me.

I regularly order here and they mess up my order fairly often.However, Sheldon the manager always makes it right and I respect that.Mistakes happen but having a manager with integrity makes it a good experience.Good job Sheldon. Keep it up man!

Got my sandwich as ordered, but as the only customer in the shop and with 6 employees, it shouldn’t take 10 minutes to get 1 sandwich, un enjoyable to stand around waiting for my sandwich while I listen to the employees gossip about their coworkers.

I would not recommend this location if you can help it. Delivery has often taken more than 45 minutes (we don’t live far…), they never EVER cut our sandwiches in half despite our requests, and one time we were given severely underbaked bread. I wish I had taken a picture of it. My husband used to work at JJ and said they would have thrown that bread away. It definitely tasted worse too. Overall this location is consistently disappointing to the point that I’m now writing this review.

I decided to pick up my order given the delivery time is horrible. Unfortunately, my boyfriend got food poising shortly after eating his sandwich. Pray for his life, he is going throuuuughhhh it!!
