“I come to Tim Hortons almost everyday for a lg Latte. The Gratiot location is one of my favorites. The staff is very good. Sara Beth waited on us there a few weeks ago and she is WONDERFUL! While we waited for our drinks she talked to us and was so warm, sweet, and nice. People don’t give as good of service as in the past. Unfortunately with depending on the internet and avoiding face to face interaction customer service has taken a back seat. It’s refreshing to have employees at your business that still take pride in their jobs and making their customers feel welcomed and appreciated.“
“Ask the Smaller guy manager (Morning shift) to make a new drink that had no caffeine into a drink WITH caffeine, and when I tell you He Did The Damn Thing! He did it! If you get the chance try the ‘Berry Cherry Refresher W/ Red Bull’ so good! ?“
“Although Tim wasn't there when I went in, I still got my coffee & dozen donuts. It would have been pretty cool to see the old skater but I'm sure he's up in Canada opening yet another donuts store.Donuts were really good.“
“I frequent Tim Hortons every morning, the coffee is great, the service is great, but not today, the manager on duty Erica I think is the name; she’s very very rude, as she was ringing me up I was telling her my order, she boldly interrupted and told me she knows what she is doing, and all I was trying to do was make sure I told her the correct order, she put my coffee on the counter and walked away as I said thank you…. Some people should not be in customer service if they are that unhappy, energy is passed on, if she’s there in the morning, I’m changing locations!!“
