“Great service, the blackened cat fish was out of this world. Tasty, presented perfectly and the Mango salsa was knock out. My wife had the grilled striped bass on bed of root puree vegetables. Perfect. Ice tea was filled regularly and the bread service was spot on.“
“Went here on a whim while in the area for a weekend getaway. Can't say enough good things. Food was great and drinks were good. But what really set it apart was the personable service. The waiter/bartender was friendly and personable. Also the owner came over and talked to us for a little while and was also very nice. Being from out of town (Chicago), it made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Would go back in a heartbeat when we are in the area again.“

Located in Benton Harbor, Michigan, this rustic, magnificent restaurant is a place to dress causal or classy and eat some high-end delicious food. It's my favorite all time so far!The food is second to none. You experience great taste with your eyes before taking a bite. The presentation and intention of these dishes are phenomenal. I also enjoyed the seasoning of the food. There is no need for salt and pepper as I noticed there wasn't any on the table. From start to finish, every meal was exciting to eat, and did not disappoint.The service is impressive. We were blessed to be served by Ivy. She helped us through the menu, kept our water glasses full, served with a great smile, and gave an honest opinion on meals. Everyone else served well, too!The atmosphere is beautiful. Lovely decor, awesome music, great table setup, clean environment, and lovely space to sit and enjoy before the meal. The bathrooms were awesome as well!Completely blown away by the efforts and meals at Bread+Bar. “My sister and I split the pecan crusted chicken sandwich which included bacon, it was very good but reminded us both of a breakfast sandwich. We also ordered the spinach dip which was really good too. We are local so I'm sure we will be back soon!“
