My machine was sent here by Philips for warranty service. The turnaround was quick, and the machine came back working like new. They also did other maintenance tasks that were above and beyond. It was very well packaged for the return. Overall great service!
I bought my first Pico Barista from these folks a few months ago. When I had a problem with it after brewing a couple hundred cups, the owner walked me through a FaceTime effort to repair it myself. When that didn’t work I shipped it to him and he repaired under warranty as advertised. I then bought one for my daughter who loves the machine and the coffee it makes.
