I'm downright disgusted by the KFC in Shelby Township, (Utica) Michigan. We went through the drive thru tonight and waited forever for the food at the window. I hoped it would be fresh, but it most definitely wasn't. The fries were mushy, the chicken sandwich was soggy and chewy. The chicken nuggets were just gross. The interior of the restaurant was very dirty from what I could tell. The staff was rude and no one was wearing gloves. I was leery to even try my food. Waste of $27.38 for food I threw away. A receipt was not provided. When I asked for one, I was ignored. I will NOT be back. I do not was coupons or anything of the sort, I just want a refund! I'd probably get food poisoning if I'd actually eaten the food. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
