Placed a mobile order. 20 minutes later, not ready. Waited 10 minutes (since I’d already paid). Got it home and it was completely incorrect. I ordered two tuna clubs, got one tuna and one turkey. Was also missing two items. This is not the first time I’ve gotten an incorrect order from this location. I ate the tuna. Four hours later, sick as a dog, all better next day. Take this however you want. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

I ordered a reward sub for pickup and when I got there. The lady couldn't find the order. Long story short, she was kind from the moment I pulled up and never turned me away as if it wasn't her problem. She found out what happened and courteously made sure my order was completed.

I should have read the reviews before I stopped in for a sub. Walked in and immediately had a terrible experience with the woman at the register and the man wearing a bandana as a mask. Both were very rude. I decided not to order anything and walked right out. I will never go back. Jersey Mikes across the street is better.

New benchmark has been set for best customer service of 2024. I imagine it's going to take a while for anyone else to approach. Do yourself a favor for the karma and put a dollar in their tip cup, these dudes are exceptional.Wheelchair accessibility: You could definitely access this place with a wheelchair, but why would you want to do that when you could get a performance tuned hoveround instead? If I had a disability that dictated I use mobility devices I would invest all of my resources into the development of the coldest, all terrain, extreme sports wheeled transport device current weapons technology would allow me to create.

I eat a Jimmy Jones sandwich for lunch pretty often, 2-3 times a week. My job takes me all over the Metro Detroit area, so I order from different locations. So far the taste and overall experience has been consistently pretty good, except for this particular restaurant.The sandwiches there taste different and not in a good way. Can't put my finger on it, but I do not like it. I have been there twice, just because I wanted to give it another shot, but I will not be returning.The service was decent, the restaurant seemed clean.

It took every fiber in my being to restrain myself. We used the drive through. The girl that took our order was very rude. She kept asking my husband to repeat himself though he was very articulate. She made fun of him when he asked for a lettuce wraphe said unsandwhiched but it’s”unwiched. “ Once we made it to the drive through window it took forever to get our food and she was no where to be found. The man that made our food rang us up. Awful experience— won’t be back. In this economy they need to watch how they treat people. There are so many other options.Dietary restrictions: Low carb/gluten free

Some how we ended up with tuna instead of turkey. They got the "tu" part right. We were on the freeway and wasn't going back. The other 2 sandwiches were correct. Not freaky fast at all. Probably having a off day. It happens.
