I eat a Jimmy Jones sandwich for lunch pretty often, 2-3 times a week. My job takes me all over the Metro Detroit area, so I order from different locations. So far the taste and overall experience has been consistently pretty good, except for this particular restaurant.The sandwiches there taste different and not in a good way. I ordered a reward sub for pickup and when I got there. The lady couldn't find the order. Long story short, she was kind from the moment I pulled up and never turned me away as if it wasn't her problem. She found out what happened and courteously made sure my order was completed.
