I have been going to this del taco for along time and today I stopped in and ordered a #1taco meal and as long as I can remember the tacos here were always huge filled to over flowing but these today are horrible just like taco bell. I told the manager and she tried to blame it off on vendors HAHAHAH BULLSHIT it's the worker not putting hardly anything in the tacos WOW A VENDOR CAME IN AND MADE MY TACOS QUICKLY what a shame on the manager I think she ate all the stuff that my tacos should of had in them I WONT BE BACK AND IM NOT SORRY FOR THE BAD REVIEW

I visited the southgate del taco..I ordered a double cheeseburger meal with no onion and add bacon large size with a coke..it took about 12 minutes for me to recieve my food and when I did my burger had no bacon and had onions on it..it was poorly wrapped so sauce from the burger was on the inside of the bag..my fries were tipped upside down in the bag and wasn't given any napkins..the final straw is I was given a large coke with No ice in it..it was warm..I had no time to return because I was on my lunch break but I will NEVER eat at any del taco restaurant ever again..

Use to be my go to place but much like the bell I won't be going anymore. Went through drive thru for some lunch and was given both drinks with no ice. When I went inside to ask for some they then told me they were out of ice. Communication. Please.

Over the last 3 weekends I have tried everything on the menu. I will say that overall taco bell is better. The food was hot n fresh but not good. The only 2 items I will come back here for is the grilled chicken soft tacos and the cheesecake bites. The hamburger meat texture feels mushy n tastes bland, but they are generous with cheese. Workers here were helpful as I told them I was new to del taco.

I am extremely disappointed with the food. My food was soggy and drenched in the liquid from the pico de gallo that there was a tiny puddle in the foil, the wrap itself was coming apart from being soggy. The beer battered fish was extremely soggy to the touch. My drink was nothing but syrup and sugar to the point it had to be diluted with water. The only good food was the fries that came with it that were decently salted.
First time at a Del Taco tonight! Via drive-thru, and had the friendliest, most hospitable service. Thank you!! And okay…the food was the bomb. Holy moly, I was not expecting the fish and shrimp to be that tasty. I’m ready to go back for seconds…lol.

I like this location. Love del taco and everytime I go I get great customer service. The staff is always upbeat and friendly. I d9nt like the one on Southfield Rd they always give out old nasty loooking food. The meat always taste burnt or old too I use to have to take my food back up there and show them so Yess I appreciate this location!
