Waited 10 mins for food, instead of waiting for everyone's food to be ready to bring out to cars waiting bring them out as they get ready. They told me to move forward as mcgriddles needed 2 more mins and I eventually came in as I have never waited so long before. The girl that gave me my food said I was on my break. Just horrible to make people wait that long as I was on my way to an appt.

This place is absolute garbage. These people are terrible at their jobs. Go literally anywhere else. Get ready to wait 20 minutes for your food, just for the order to be wrong and the fries are cold. They even served the cars behind us first. Never going here again.

Paid for extra cheese on my filet of fish. It's bad enough the extra cheese is usually a slice ripped in half, but to open the box with the sticker stating EXTRA CHEESE, and to have one single half sliced piece of cheese really pisses me off. How do you mark the item, charge for the request, and not even actually do it? Very unhappy. Not the first time either
