This Tim Hortons is great. It was super clean and they had free wifi. And when my coffee came out a little too sweet for my taste they remade it free of charge. Great customer service.

Unfortunately this restaurant has the worst people that work the afternoon shift, went thru drive thru on my way into work stopped at 7 15 p.m they told me they were totally out of food and bagels only because the blonde wanted to be lazy and close the store she didn't want to have to re-learn the toaster. Gave me my coffee but was too in a hurry that she didn't put the lid on all the way so the whole cup dumped on my lap and all over my car in the drivthru. I have badly burned legs and genitals due to this person wanting to be in a hurry to close this store. ? horrible service and staff, will never stop here again.

Fist time coming here and definitely my last. I went inside to grab my order and watched in shock as an employee made a customer cry from being so mean to her. I have never in my life been so disgusted. I walked out without even getting my stuff because I will NEVER support a place that treats people that way. Literal trash works here.

My biggest issue with this location is that the employees just don't listen to a word out of the customer's mouth. Last time I was here, I had to wait extra time for literally every item because the first time they brought it out it was wrong. I asked for a mocha latte, got a regular coffee mocha. I asked for a breakfast biscuit sandwich, they made a croissant sandwich, etc. Granted, the employees from this last time were apologetic and happy to remake it, but after the third item ordered by my group had to be remade it was just annoying. This is not the first time I've had orders come out completely wrong from this location and I'm not sure if it's lack of listening or lack of training on your menu items. Either way, this entire franchise has kind of gone downhill with customer service ever since being purchased by BK ?

This is a prime location, but I pass this one on a regular basis after having such a poor experience with a manager here. This person either had a terrible day each time I was in or should not be working with people.

I came in to get a coffee and a couple of donuts, the young lady that was working the counter was doing a great job. I think her name started with a V. There was two or three workers that were just walking around doing nothing while the line grew larger. A manger which was a older lady came out and told the younger lady at the counter if she can't get the line down she will remove her from the front counter. My thing is if the manger lets other employees walk around and do nothing she should give the young lady at the counter help!

I'm very upset,, I was told the manager makes soup only and you have none it's Saturday at12:43 I had to order a tea and muffin no soup for lunch yet you advertise you have this item ,, I think you're doing a disservice to your customers who would like soup for lunch and you have None. I'll go to Panera bread and get a better soup thanks for nothing and a waist of my time and gas.

Very inconsistent service in drive thru. Sometimes they take one car at a time. Gave up ordering the omelet bites. Sometimes they are really good. Other times they are screaming hot, sometimes cold. Sometimes rubbery, sometimes burnt. Sometimes they are reheated in a panini press with char Mark's. The final time they were crispy burnt.
