Waited 25 mins. Did not give accurate change back & I heard the cashier say to another co-worker that he shorted me. Waited at the window for 10 mins for 2 sacks of fries & a small order of clams- none of the orders were full & the fries were cold & the bag looked like it was used. Very disappointed.

First time at this location, we were through. I had the craving for White Castle, so we stopped from start to finish the ordering process to the paying and getting of the food. Everyone was so nice. They were also attentive, and the order came out perfect and fresh. It is not always the case nowadays with drive-thru food. Thank you, everyone, for the care to detail. We will be back for sure.

I don't like white castle food. But this store does what they promise. Namely to deliver clean food at an agreed upon price.
I rather drive to this White Castle than the one closer to my house because the food tastes better, never have any issues with my order, and staff is way friendlier.
