Service was terrible and beer was bad. Guinness was completely flat, the pour was horrible with no head in an ugly glass that wasn't even for the stout. Stella was also absolutely tasteless, perphaps either watered down or draft is not taken care of properly.Servers were abrasive and not pleasant at all, rather snarky. The experience did not improve the last few times visited, so will not come back and do not recommend it.
I ordered a smokehouse BBQ burger, was very good, ordered medium and came out perfect. Laura our server noticed our table was not completely clean, she apologized and cleaned it again. Laura checked on us often. I will be going back. My business colleague had a bacon cheese burger and said it was very good and prepared perfectly.

Let me start off by saying the guy(had a black shirt with Shamrock)that was at the door and seated us was very nice and knowledgeable, went over the menu. The place looks good inside and out. The lemon pepper wings were well seasoned and good. The Bj's Smokehouse burger was great and had a grill taste. The fries were okay, nothing special. The macaroni bites were good because of the sauce it came with. By itself, it had no flavor. Our waitress Kelly was great and attentive. I do recommend this place.

Great sports bar! Lots of food options. I've never had a bad meal here with the exception of some errors on carryout orders. However food is tasty and fresh. Great affordable lunch menu! Good libations but slightly overpriced. Fun bar area during spring events and you can hear the tvs?Parking: They share a parking lot with 3 other businesses but there's plenty of parking in the front, back, and side of the business.
Overall did not have the best experience. Our waitress was Natasha and she was a little abrasive throughout the evening. There is a QR code option to pay at the bottom of the receipt and that is how we paid. We showed our waitress the receipt sent to our email after we paid, but she still wouldn’t let us leave until the system showed it as paid. Maybe this shouldn’t be an option if you don’t trust people to pay this way. Prices also seemed high and food was very salty.

When we were ordering, I asked the server to change a salad for fries, and she sighed as if it were a bother, very rudely. Additionally, they left empty glasses and accumulated appetizer plates on the table. When the main dish arrived, they tried to put it on the same crowded table to the point where we couldn't eat comfortably without risking knocking something over. The restaurant is nice, but the food is salty, and the service is terrible. "Furthermore, when we were waiting to be seated at a table, the host ignored us even though we were standing right in front of her. When another host attended to us, she spoke to us rudely, asking what we were doing. I replied, 'Following the other host?' Very poor attention.

Service was great. I don’t remember the guys name but he was amazing so no complaints there. I got the Parmesan crusted chicken. Seemed okay, wasn’t real warm. Potatoes were cold, broccoli was cold. I ate about half of the chicken. Came home and was instantly in the bathroom sick. Not sure if the chicken was cooked properly to be honest but I was hungry and went for it. Just wanted to give a heads up to maybe make sure the food is cooked and at least warm when it comes out. Not sure I’ll be back! Atmosphere and drinks are good though.
They left me rudely standing at the front w/o acknowledging that I was there. When I asked to be help the lady walked off.

Horrible service! Food mediocre. Asked the server to have my salad out first- as a server for 14 years this should be customary practice for good service. Of course my meal came out before my salad. Asked if they could hold my food in back. It was brought out 4Xs before I even got half my salad done. Never coming back here.

The server spilled a drink on me, my coat, my shoes and no one ever came to clean up the spill. I was given a towel and another server pushed everything off the table on to the floor and it was left there. I sat in my wet clothing. I went to the bathroom in an attempt to clean up. Jokes were made by the wait staff. No manager came to my table. No real apology given. The server made jokes and said at least my meal would be free. Implying that I caused her to drop the drink on me. Service and management were horrendous

UPDATE ON REVIEW...was asked to contact corporate. To which i did. Cause again, NOT happy with this restaurant. Welp, corporate NEVER git back to me. So frim the top ti the bottom. Very DISSATISFIED WITH Bj's......What a horrible uptight hostess you have. Walked in and asked for a table for 2. She grabs the menu's and starts walking away. Never said follow me or anything. She was going to put ua at a high top. My daughter asked for a table. We got the eye roll and were told no. So we kindly said enjoy your night and walked out. Will never go back to such a poor establishment. Didn't mean to bug your 3 hostesses and get them off their phones. This was last night around 7 Feb 19 2024.

Wendy was our waitress and she was awesome from the very beginning. My buddy and I took our son's out for dinner and she made the experience great from beginning to end. Very personable, gave advice, on top of our needs. Never had to wonder where she was or when she was going to stop by again. She was very much appreciated by all of us.
