Whenever I used to go to the mall when I was younger I would always get some cinnamon rolls! They have always been my favorite cinnamon rolls ever, you just can’t beat Cinnabon. The shop is great, I have no complaints about the service or the food. I don’t really like going into the mall anymore so I do have door Dash deliver it most of the time and I’ve never had a problem!

As much as i adore cinnabon, this location is just not it. It was only 1 person working and the atmosphere shows just as much. It was DIRTY!! things everywhere. Even the Rolls looked like they are stressed. Looked more like Pop-overs then cinnamon rolls. The taste was also a little off.Other then that, i think they need to hire more poeple. 1 person at a time, even at a slow location like that must not be enough. The tables/chairs just thrown into a corner? Had the store seeming Junky. Poor cinnabons looked like they was running from the pan. Only reason i gave 2 stars, is because she atleast tried. Give credit where its due.

Nothing beats a hot, giant, gooey, sweet cinnamon roll! I was at Lakeside Mall and the aroma of Cinnabon drew me in. Considering my sweet tooth, I could not say no.

I kept it simple and ordered Classic Roll. It is pretty difficult to go wrong with a giant cinnamon roll. It is one of those things where everything else does not matter except for that cinnamon roll. There were two best parts to the cinnamon roll. The first best part was the first bite that broke the cinnamon roll. The second best part was saving the center for last.

Went to Cinnabon on Jan 4th. Was very disappointed in the service. Went there to purchase Cinnabon’s to take home and they didn’t have any out to purchase. So the boy behind the register said he had some in the oven so I waited the 3 minutes for them to come out, but when the timer went off the girl open the oven to find “he didn’t even stick them in the oven”. So he apologized and said we can have some ready in 15 minutes if we want to wait and I said yes. So after the 15 minute wait he ask another couple who was waiting and me me how many we wanted. I said 6! Then he proceeded to tell me he can’t sell them to me as a 6 pack, that I had to pay $5.39 a piece and I couldn’t believe it!!! Because they were warm. So I was furious! That I had waited that whole time. What poor service!!! Cinnabon you stuck
