Finally got a chance to stop by Sterling Heights Nutrition, and I can promise I will be going back again. I suffer from food allergies, leaving me with a very strict diet; the staff has been great about informing me on their allergy and health practices, so not only are their teas safe for me, but they are a great boost and treat as well! Tried one of their weekly specials, The Black Widow. Absolutely delicious, tasted just like a gummy worm lol ♡
I was just in there what a great place.I Do shake before I work-out then a tea. Then I do a whey shake after I work-out. So healthy and so helpful to help . I got and shake and tea it was wonderful. I will be back
