Me and my sister both had ham and cheese subs one on white bread and one on flat bread. The person that served us their number is 8526. The guy who helped us acted like he didn't even wanna be there. He was very slow, straight faced & didn't even really say a word to us. My one sub was messy when I opened the bag to eat everything was falling off the sub.

Lol avoid this place went right after shopping and no line on Saturday 1150 am Walked up looking at the menu thinking the rep would assist me but she was making a pizza possibly for Uber ect. The next rep that came up to help talked very low and I expressed I couldn’t hear her she made me aware she was speaking to her coworker oh I understood and waited all in all waited to be greeted or have service neither were offered or given so I just walked away. Idk could def brush up on customer service skills or if you don’t like customer service get a new job. 2 light skin girls

Came in for lunch today. No employees to be found in the front. Could not find a service bell or anything to signal employees there was a waiting customer. I looked in the back and saw two employees standing around chatting. I left hungry. Very disappointed, will not be back.

Employees are always on break and refuse to take orders. The two ladies said they were taking trash out at 7:50 but really went to smoke weed behind the store. All i left with is a drink and their was a bug floating in it. Don't ever stop at a subway on Van Dyke. They are all owned by the same person and all have the same experience.
