Came in today and picked up a lot of things for easter. They had a lot of baskets, kid stuff, things for eggs and all that. The customer service was good, I had htem help me find something I was looking for. I never buy food from this place, but I did buy cookies and they had a good selection here. They always have grea tprices and good selection of things here. Worth coming to

Place is seriously lacking, and I can see why. Came in to pick something up that I had ordered online, they didn't have it. This was actually an ongoing issue, and was a complete waste of time. Sure they have a good selection and agood prices, but when they say a pickup is available it should be instead of wasting peoples time

Place is OK for generalized things, never would I go grocery shopping here though. Came in, and the entire food section was shut off, yet there was still food. I'd be worried about bacteria or something you know? They always have a huge selection of various things that are needed when I need something though

I did store pickup yesterday. I alerted that i was on my way by the online email link. I used the app when i arrived to enter the parking spot. It still took long for curbside to come out. They were very nice people though. Unfortunately 4 items were unavailable. Then when I arrived home I noticed the meat packs (chicken) all had liquid/fluid leaking out the bag! It was all in my car & on my counter. The celery was extremely dirty! The worst pack I've ever seen. I can't believe they gave it to a customer lol. & The paper towel pack was ripped open. Generally i do my own shopping & have no issues at this location. Big theres always long lines and short staff. On 9/92023 i was charged twice for dole pineapples. I complained online & by calling. But they disappointed me by not giving my refund! A representative named coach Stephanie asked me to come in instead of refunding my card or giving a credit. The day & time she suggested, i was unavailable. I emailed but no one responded!

Tried to bring back a defective vacuum and will not exchange with the original sales slip, because I didn't bring it in with the original box. And because I did not buy it at that Walmart. Don't shop Walmart.

I was able to find whatha t few items wanted. To my surprise, there was also Lemon Pepper Rotisserie Chicken. It had been years since buying one, mainly because the flavor had all but disappeared. Did I feel lucky? Yes, just like playing the lottery. Did I hit? Nope! The Lemon Pepper Rotisserie Chicken is tasteless. I cut a piece of breast with excitement and chewed. Arghhh! Straight to the garbage can. Then I thought, maybe that was just a bad cut. So, I cut a second, and third, and piece, but only the same results. Sad face.

As always, Walmart is a hot mess. There were NO carts or baskets to shop with - I had to use an Easter basket. There was only ONE cashier who didn't have her light on and the only other option was self-check out. Even found two packs of raw chicken abandoned in the check out aisle. Reminder: not to buy refrigerated/frozen foods here. Frozen meal was also abandoned in the cereal aisle - clearly staff is not maintaining the aisles. There were many staff standing and checking receipts when they could have been working on the register or working at the service desk, which was closed. People deal with the shitshow of Walmart for their cheap prices, but their prices were way higher than Meijer. This trip reminded me why I don't shop at Walmarts. Shame on management for the poor staffing.

If I could choose ZERO STARS I would! 2nd time in a week I can't return something, it's 6:15 on a Tuesday and Customer Service is CLOSED ALREADY!! FUGURE IT OUT!! THERE'S STILL WORKERS STANDING AROUND EVERYWHERE DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I asked a gentleman, what's going on with C.S.?? He answered with, "That's not my department," oh ok..... Maybe train 1 of the 5 people that stand around by the door and do nothing?? Guess I'll have to drive the extra way to go to a different location, this is ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.

you have got to be kidding me! i carefully chose all my items and you couldn't even arrange to take my money for payment!? who is the manager at this store? you got big in time problems. not one pay line with a cashier was open at the busiest time of day. i was forced to scan a big order. i paid cash for some and wanted to pay for other on a card . no one knows what they are doing and kept me waiting for a looong time. im reporting your poor service. not only did i go home empty handed wuth hundreds of dollars carefully chosen, scanned and bagged but nobody knew how to complete a simple transaction. they wanted me to empty twenty bags of food items and try again. i am disabled for gods sakes. no manager in sight. tried to alert your manager to this problem and no body could be bothered to answer the phone. fell down in the parking lot after being forced to stand at length. now i'm injured and hungry, embarrassed and annoyed. you people need to step it up. if anything is broken and i required medical treatment, you will be hearing my attorneys. worst service ever. cindy oliver 586-422-4973 5937 peck ave warren, mi 48092. 3 blocks from my home. i do not feel safe to return to your store ever. shoppers beware. I think it is safe to say that I have never been a Walmart fan. After seeing the gobs of unpleasant videos and hearing of the crazy things that would always go on, it just seemed like a turn off for me. In fact, I hadn't been in a wm (up until late last year) in about 10 years. After hearing some good things from my sister about the low prices they have and the convenience of curbside pickup, I decided to give them a fair chance. It seems like wm in general has come a long way. Now yes, some aisles are in disarray (but you can pretty much find that at any retail stores these days- at least more often than not {people are generally shitty customers}), but the stores are cleaner than the times past, and also a few more friendlier faces (not saying all). For this location (which is about a mile where I am staying from right now), I went last week for a curbside pickup order, and I went inside tonight to get some laundry stuff. The curbside pickup, I used the app (which believe it or not, I am a wm+ member now!) to reserve my time. I pulled up, and within moments, a friendly lady came to load me up. That was actually my first ever curbside from wm, and it was actually quicker than my most recent curbsides at Target back home (in GA). So, I was pretty impressed with that. Now tonight, I went a little bit later in the night, so it wasn't as busy, but the actual store seemed generally clean (at least on the grocery side). I mean yes, a few things were out of place, but it wasn't an apocalyptic event or anything. I found what I needed, and went on. They also had a nice little St Patty's section near the front (I should have indulged, but I think I am going to KK tomorrow). Also, with their fresh food guarantee, it makes it more appealing to check out the food as well. Checkout was a breeze- I am not sure if this store has gone full self checkout or not (the home back home is). You can also utilize the scan and go option as well (so no more whining about your long lines at the checkout). I personally have not tried, but I think one day I will either here or at Sam's Club. So yes, needless to say, Walmart (in my eyes) has come a long way. I am sure there are some things that can be difficult to stay on top of, but it at least seems like they are trying. I will kind of miss this place when I leave next week! On a side note, there is a Subway just on the inside of the grocery side- not sure of that is a regular thing or not.

I'm only giving 2 stars because of low prices other than that, I'd give 0 stars for horrible customer service. If you're trying to contact someone through the phone, don't even bother calling. They will NEVER pick up your call. With a successful company like Walmart, I'd expect great customer service but they don't even do the bare minimum.
