“This is an extraordinarily good find. This is a place where you can get custom-made breakfast, and I literally mean pretty much anything they have ingredients to make for you. The menu is quite good on its own, but the ability to customize is amazing. For the information of people who do not know, this is a takeout place only currently, but you can call ahead and pick up your food right there people The people running it are amazingly nice. This is a restaurant worth supporting.Vegetarian options: Since everything is customizable, any dish can be vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Since you can customize, this should be suitable for any dietary restrictions with the possible exception of strict kosher.Kid-friendliness: Perfectly suitable for children. In fact there seems to be some sort of gumball machine or something.Wheelchair accessibility: The pickup location is outdoors, so there are no restrictions for wheelchair users.“
“I didn't know what time this business closed and showed up 10 minutes before close. They were cleaning up and getting ready to lock the doors. They also had almost everything put away food wise. Instead of getting mad that I showed up right at close they were very friendly and got all the stuff back out that I wanted to order. This place is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. “Overall galley was fantastic with a nice homey feel. Service was upstanding, and the food order was correct. The menu has something for everyone and my only real complaint was the level of “ala cart”, if you will. Said differently, it was somewhat complex to order given the choices. Overall, Food, Service, and Atmosphere were 5/5 on this day! All other reviews had at least one "4/5" at best. Go, Culvers!I describe the experience that day, followed by the food I loved. Then I share the golden moment - the efficient atmosphere - and future plans.?⚕️?THE EXPERIENCE THAT DAY??Now, about the actual service and cleanliness of this Stevensville, MI, US, Culvers - both 100%. They had a bewildering long line when I entered at 5PM. Bemused, I started reviewing my iPhone. Happily, I was shocked and joyfully surprised that the line was processed and I was ordering at a rate that was at least 500% faster than I would have expected! The popular restaurant served the inflow of customers with efficiency. I was impressed and grateful I was eating in about 10 minutes.???They banged through that queue line!?The young man who served me at the register was one of many of the efficient, organized, and clean high-performing many-person Culver team members. His fellow coworkers certainly helped him out! But they all created a tremendous synergy about the effectiveness of this restaurant's food science. I tipped him my normal amount, ate some fries and took my food home. Utterly superb fish sandwich, here! Possible lifetime fish sandwich favorite.Cheese curds were just really tasty. Kudos for mastering food service efficiency.??I marvelled at all the sub-teams of food service workers - some cooking, some taking orders, some taking orders out to vehicles, some cleaning, some replenishing beverages in the lobby, some working the drive-thru orders - all working in efficient and friendly unison. Tonight Culver’s was slammed with a large number of customers flooding in at dinner time, but the restaurant -- with efficient cooking line, service, team cooperation, and cleanliness -- felt like like relatively no wait. And the food was the best! Way to go Culver’s for keeping it clean and marvelously efficient!?The restaurant has decorations of trophies and restaurant achievement plaques to one side. In the middle has clean tables and diverse beverage selection. Very beautifully clean. Thank goodness!FUTURE PLANS1. Definitely a repeat. Likely mostly the same meal.?2. The food portions are amazing and the prices are moderate. Walking up to the restaurant, you can smell and appreciate the lovely smoke Coach's Bar and Grill are producing. “I frequent this restaurant almost every Sunday afternoon with my family and it's always a pleasant visit. This Sunday, 4/7/2024 between the hours of 12 noon to 1pm, I had a not so great experience with my food. Our waitress Andrea was got the Manager and he quickly took care of things. I thank them for turning my bad experience back into a pleasant one. What a great team and staff.“
