I don’t eat Jimmy Johns much, maybe once every few months at work at the most but from a different location. My taste buds have been anticipating and yearning for the day that the Caprese Salami Pesto might return again and grace us with its presence and everlasting excellence. Today that day is upon us, and I’m ecstatic to report it’s just as delightful and scrumptious as the last time. Not only that but y’all drop a Lemon Berry Cobbler Cookie on us that’s simply delectable and has no business being this good. The whole meal simply shot the taste buds out of my mouth into my brain and blew my mind and I fear I shall never recover. Whomever made my sandwich (chk# 47) on 03/26/2024 at 12:25 pm, I commend you on the perfect construction of a sandwich which can be quite chaotic. You are a master of your craft/trade and I demand that they give you full ownership of the store and of all of Jimmy Johns. You are the sole reason of this 5 star review. At the very least, everyone on that exact shift deserves a huge raise. If you don’t comply with my requests, I will protest and refuse to eat Jimmy Johns until after the Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich goes back into the vault and the sands of time or until it rises once again like a Phoenix.

Staff here is worthless. Portions and quality control offer. Place needs to be shut down, re-trained, re-staffed. Perhaps have corporate run it for a month while training all the new hires. Or bring in that fat slob Jimmy himself!

Just went there. Rude, rude and rude. I put a couple bucks in the tip jar , and nothing. No thank you, nod, nothing. Last tip I give there.

Freaky awful ! Ordered 3 combos, took an hour to deliver flat pop no ice, and they forgot the chips. Called store and they said they will send them out, waited another hour and still no chips. This store should close. I paid $60+ for food I never received and employees don't care at all. Worst experience, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE ! Spoke to manager and he argued and faught with me and still didn't get resolved. Terrible service !

I’ve been a customer here for years and the quality of service I’ve received has been on a steady decline, especially since and after Covid, and I’ve tolerated a lot, from a bug being present in my food, gum being in my food, wrong orders, exceedingly long deliveries, and I’ve personally never complained to them about it, now my other roommates have voiced their complaints, that of which in a manner I don’t condone but I could understand their frustrations, but me personally, I’ve been nothing but patient until now. As I’ve mentioned I live with other people, who are all customers of jimmy johns, and we were recently informed that we place our orders too often and close together which causes inconveniences to the drivers as they have to come back and forth to deliver our separate orders.I understand how having several orders within a short time frame could be an issue, but I find it hard to believe that within the five minutes apart that these orders are being received and placed they are somehow making/bagging them and handing them to the driver so quickly, that when another order is received 2 or 3 minutes later the driver has already gone and left with the first order and now has to come back and receive the second? I find that hysterical, considering it takes an average of 2 hrs to receive any of our orders, but they claim to be making it that quickly to the point we can’t even place our orders 5 minutes apart? Is it that hard to simply group them together THEN hand it to the driver? And another thing, if you choose to have it left at your door, the app doesn’t inform you that it’s been left! You have to keep on the lookout or else your food will be left outside for god knows how long. Being a college student, jimmy johns has been my go to because of its affordability and decent taste(despite the many inconsistencies I’ve had with the quality of food), however, today is that last day I will be a customer of this franchise, I can’t speak for the rest of the people I live with, but I personally will no longer support this business.

I get the veggie, and I always get extra lettuce because it is more filling and tastes better. There is a pathetic amount of lettuce. It isn't even enough without asking for extra. So disappointing for an expensive sandwich. I'd add a picture of it gave me the option. I also paid for extra avo spread...did not receive.
