Great atmosphere, great service, and great cocktails!

Amazing staff, great drinks, and an awesome atmosphere. Typically they have an acoustic performance on weekends. Good vibes. Best gin around.

This distillery open their doors for serving food for restaurant week. And it was really good. It was Asian inspired but the staff was super accommodating and really friendly. And just for that I'm going to start drinking there!

The cocktails we tried (g&t on the left and a rum punch on the right) were delightful! However, the vibes were very chaotic while we were there and the FOH and BOH all seemed stressed. We might've just stopped in at a rough time, but regardless my wife's drink was taken away before she finished, and we felt a bit hurried out since we didn't have a reservation and were only ordering drinks. We'll definitely be back to try the food sometime though, as everything looked really good!

Fantastic place and wonderful service. Hunter was our server and extremely attentive. There were 7 of us and we tried different concoctions. I had the Honey House substituted the gin for vodka and it was phenomenal. Hunter was knowledgeable about all products and offered many suggest for our differing palates. We will return and make it a stop during our annual, winter gathering.

Cocktails are consistent & mimic the Mammoth location in Grand Rapids. The set up is cozy & warm. However the service was a turn off for me. My partner & I were the youngest out of everyone there, and just from observation they were the least attentive to us. They definitely cater to the older crowd that look like they have $. We will stick to our other TC favorites for now.

Unique spot with fun and delicious cocktails. I do NOT recommend hosting a private event there, but you won't be disappointed if you are simply stopping in for a drink!

Number 1: you cannot have a beer at the brewery and a drink in the distillery at the same time, so if you want whiskey and your friends want a beer, you have to sit in different rooms. You cannot even sit out on the patio together. We came in on a bus tour with 23 other peeps. We thought we had a confirmed reservation, which they said was the bus company's miscommunication. Whether we had a reservation or not, the employee (manager?) in the distilling area was extremely rude and kicked us out to the patio, which was waay nicer than the hot, dark, little room we were in. My drink of choice is usually a Manhattan, which I ordered with another person in our group. We both thought the drinks were undrinkable. They did replace them with different drinks, which were better, hence the 2-star review. My friends say the brewery was nice, but we all said we wouldn't come back because of the segregation and the rude employee/manager in the distillery.

Really good old fashioned. Their rye's are very well balanced and nuanced. I wish these were sold locally in Colorado. I just have to order online. Poor me. ;-)

The cocktails here are so incredibly good. Makes me feel like I'm slacking in my home drink making.

Below average cocktails. Definitely don’t order the lychee cocktail, it is by far the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted.

SO FRIENDLY service! Great drinks, amazing vibe. Off the beaten track a bit and so worth it. Give it a shot. Nielson & Ian are great behind the bar. Hope I’m not over sharing, but happy to “share” samples. Great mixologists!
