Absolutely the worst place I've ever tried to order pizza from. No way to talk to a human then they don't have online ordering for my city.

Unfortunately we ordered a meal online, under the impression that their reported hours on American thanksgiving as being open were true. This establishment was closed when we arrived. But the real upset was that they processed the order the next day, without calling etc.. We tried to cancel and only got a full message box. We are disappointed to miss out on your pizza, but please update your holiday hours so others don’t make the same mistake and lose money unnecessarily!!

Found this fun little quaint place through Google while visiting Traverse City! The pizza, root beer, and lemonade were AMAZING!!! The guy working at the bar was super helpful in helping us choosing our drinks. And the live music was such a wonderful addition to our evening.

We were in the Traverse City for the first time last week and kind of stumbled on this pizza place located inside the Workshop Brewing Company. The pizza was fantastic, and the atmosphere was great (with nice outdoor picnic tables to sit at as well). We will definitely order pizza from this location again when we are back in the area.My only complaint...the service. After ordering the pizza, it was ready quickly and nice and hot, so that was great. But the young woman behind the counter sure didn't seem happy to be working that night. I wasn't looking for a friendly conversation when I walked up to the window, but a simple "hello" or "can I help you?" would have been appreciated. We all have those days, but it is really unfortunate when it can adversely impact who you work for.

I am always happy to share a positive review. In fact, when I reached out to the owner of Pizza Parliament, I explained that I always leave a positive review when things are great. If we have had an issue, I always reach out to rectify it so we can give the business a chance to make it right. It is our intent to support local businesses even when we travel. That is what we did after our family went to Pizza Paliament a few weeks ago.It was late at night and we were traveling from out of town, and this establishment was about the only thing open. After his experience, my husband said he would have left without the food and asked for a refund on the spot, but we didn't have many options. My husband went so far as to say this was about the rudest customer service he's experienced in his life. One of the two young men who was serving seemed angry and was incredibly rude, slamming things on the counter, including our pizza. When we got the pizzas to our hotel room, one of them was close to burnt and the other was literally slapped together. We didn't eat either one. Consequently, we didn't have a meal that evening. Our experience was much like Rick Falcon's review in an earlier posting here. After our experience, I reached out to the owner and explained our situation. He said they just fired someone that morning. He also said he would refund us for the pizzas and asked for some information to find our order. I didn't hear back from him for several days, so I reached out again. And again. And again. He still has not responded, and we still have not seen a refund on our credit card statement, so I sent one final message before deciding to make this post. We were hopeful the owner would respond.

We really enjoyed our visit to pizza parliament. It was late night, and we were struggling to find some place to eat. They were exceedingly busy, and the young man who was behind the counter was working alone. He had to take orders, make the pizza and cash people out, but he did it with a smile and really made the visit worthwhile. We felt bad for him that he was so busy And all alone but again he made the best of it. The pizza was one of the best that we have had in a long long time. They do have an on site bar as well so pizza and beer you can’t go wrong. If you’re in the area definitely stop by. It’s well worth a visit.

I got the Greek Pizza and it was hands down the best pizza I've ever eaten, and I ate some of it post refrigeration. Everything about the pizza was perfect and I took the precious time out of my day just to tell you this. If you question if it is worth it, question no more. EAT THE PIZZA.

Pizza Parliament at The Workshop in the Warehouse District is one of the top-three pizza joints in Traverse City. (The others are The Filling Station Microbrewery and West Side Beverage.) A sure-fire sign: the way the crust bubbles up, golden to dark brown. Try the Bi-Partisan, Right-to-bear-Aloha, or Meat Monopoly: they’re all delicious! They’re one size only - enough for two light eaters, else ask for a box to take some home. The pizzas go best with The Workshop's Slater’s Axe pilsner or Mallet IPA.

Cool little pizza shop located inside The Workshop Brewing Company. You can grab a beer, order a pizza and enjoy both in a fun atmosphere. Pizza usually takes just minutes so no need to plan too far ahead. Great food, great service and location.

We came for beer at Workshop and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of hot pizza and fresh, green, crunchy Caesar salad. A great combination. Will be back.

I'm visiting TC for the first time and arrived after 10:00 pm on a Friday night and not many food options were open. I was on my way to another late night dining option my hotel had recommended but I couldn't resist the smell of the baking dough when I walked by Pizza Parliament....and I'm glad I didn't. Their pizza crust is fantastic and the options of toppings are crazy good. One pizza and their salad with cherries in it and I was good to go. In fact, so good to go I was back two nights later for the same exact thing. I'll be here another few nights. Chances are I'll go back again!

I was hyped up pizza looks good online. Love pizza. Terrible service guy behind the counter seemed annoyed that I was even there. If you’re a fan of good pizza in from out of town…Don’t have high hopes, because this is mediocre at best so if you like being treated rude for mediocre pizza, this is the place. I believe this place is set up probably with good recipes, but zero passion. Pizza was as if it was slop together. Not like it is online. I never leave reviews. This is the second review I’ve ever left in my life.
