The service has gotten worse. Was standing in line and only 1 cashier. She was doing other things and not paying attention to the line. The Manager on duty told her to tell us that food was going to be 15 to 25 minutes. I WILL NOT BE BACK.Update 3-16-2024Since my last review the store has moved to the new location. So i figured to give them a try. Food was good. Service was much better. But not many tables were clean.

Stopped and bought my daughter and myself a small mac and cheese and myself a tea. The Mac and Cheese was really good and the tea was ok. The problem is the portion size compared to the price. The container may have been about 3/4 cups, but the cost was $7 each. I was like, what?!?! Later that night, I saw a container of Panara Mac and Cheese that was twice the size at Kroger for the same price. Will not be buying it at the restaurant any longer. I will just buy it at the grocery store and throw it in the microwave for a few minutes. The prices are always ridiculous at places like Panara.

To whom it may concern, the management of the Troy location or regional manager::I called the store day before yesterday in the middle of the afternoon to place a carryout order and have some soup sent to a dear friend of mine, who lives 1 mile away from this location and was home with the stomach flu. It was very important for me to have some chicken noodle soup and bread bowl delivered to her.Unfortunately, when I called the store, I couldn’t get anyone that could help me first I got a young man who wasted five minutes of my time and then told me he couldn’t help me and then he put a manager on the phone. This lady proceeded to tell me that they can’t do a carry out order anymore because they don’t have access to DoorDash. She told me to call back and press prompt three and tell the catering department, and perhaps they could help me now mind you I’m calling long distance from South Carolina, do I really need to waste time and have all this hassle. I am the customer and your store did not provide me with any options to place this order, and I am extremely disappointed about it . I will certainly not be using you anymore!

This place has all the most delicious kinds of soups and sandwiches ? ? Their quality is always great. Their bakery has all the pastries ? and tasty fresh bread ?and baguettes ? baked daily. Service is friendly and quick. It gets busy sometimes, but there are usually seats. Place is spacious and has good interior. Overall it’s a great family experience and definitely recommend to come visit with friends and family.
This is a great place to get food and drinks! Interior is spacious and cozy! Place is clean and well taken care of! All items on the menu are delicious ? Bread bowl soup is a must! Lattes are also great! Chai lattes are tasty! And chicken sandwich was wonderful. Will be coming back

By far the worst store at putting doordash orders together. Every single time it’s a wait even though they say the order is ready. And then when you ask them about the order, they tell you it’s on the pick up cart and it never is then you sit there and wait just For them to have to grab the order themselves anyway. The pick up rack is absolutely useless because they never use it.
