lady there seemed lazy, when I talked to her she stayed back near the oven where I could barely hear her and had to ask her to repeat herself a few times. Food was satisfactory though.

Had an issue with delivery missing a pizza but was close to the mall so stopped by to pick it up and the crew working went above and beyond to correct the situation. The pizza is amazing and the crew is solid.

I'm a bit disappointed that Sbarro's is nit offering dining trays because we're still in the midst of the pandemic and content would likely spill in the bag. The food was exclusive, though.
