Had an issue with delivery missing a pizza but was close to the mall so stopped by to pick it up and the crew working went above and beyond to correct the situation. The pizza is amazing and the crew is solid.

I'm a bit disappointed that Sbarro's is nit offering dining trays because we're still in the midst of the pandemic and content would likely spill in the bag. The food was exclusive, though.

I ordered the pepperoni Stromboli and the bread tasted like a burnt pretzel, it was so hard, and cold. The pepperoni tasted sour and weird. The lemonade tasted too watery and I saw the employee pour a big jar of water into the lemonade. An employee also had an attitude when I asked a question and a different employee wasn't wearing gloves.

Ehh this place is ok. It is located in the food court in somerset mall. I frequent this mall often. It is my favorite mall to go to. They serve the typical pasta and greasy pizza lol. I mean who doesn't love a greasy piece of pizza once in a while lol. The only reason I come here is because of the one employee named James D. He is seriously one of the best men I have ever met in my life. He truly cares about his customers. We have actually built a friendship over the years and become friends on facebook. We talk almost everyday. He is caring, thoughtful, funny, a hard worker and will give you the shirt off his back. I stop in to see him often. I love going to places where people get to know you by name, and I have many places! Thank you James for being so amazing! Even though the food isn't all that great I still stop by often.

Sbarro's is located In Somerset Mall. They serve the XL New York Pizza, Stromboli's, Pasta and usually Salads. It's an average pizza place. I think the prices are a little overpriced, but your at Somerset mall so what do you expect hahaha. My all time favorite employee here is James. He is by far the friendliest employee there. He will go above and beyond to make sure your food is good and you are satisfied. We have been going here several years and have built a great friendship. If you like a quick slice of pizza stop on by!

Service was great. The spinach stromboli was alright. I was expecting to find something more than just boiled spinach wrapped with pizzas dough. Usually stromboli has done cheese with possibly some aromatics. It should be served. with some sauce.
