“We were there on a Sunday during lunch. It was busy and there was only one waitress working the entire section. We did have to wait a bit to get served. Rebecca was awesome!! She had no help from the hostess, manager or bartenders. The manager should have stepped up to help her!! He came to our table at the end of our lunch to ask us to scan the QR code for a review. I am only leaving this review to give Rebecca credit. She is a hard worker and deserves a shout out for being awesome!!!“

“At first, I was told there would be a 30 minute wait, but only waited 11 minutes around 7 PM on a Saturday.I ordered the Taco Platter. You can choose up to two meets and 5 extras (pictured). I chose brisket, pulled pork, and my five extras were pico, lettuce, green sauce, guacamole and onions. The 321 BBQ sauce was my favorite- as there are many BBQ sauce flavors to choose from!Brad truly is down bad (for good BBQ) I definitely would come here again!“

“The food was delightful. I had the moist brisket and cheesy potatoes. The brisket was actually moist! Nothing worse than a dry brisket and no flavor. The staff was super friendly and explained how everything worked. We sat down to eat and even brought us fries for the table that we didn't order because they made extra. When we walked in they gave us a sample of their fresh baked brownie!! Highly recommended! BBQ sauces were very good also, I settled on the smokey.We also recently got their catering from this store.First, they delivered it over an hour and 20 minutes away. The young man who delivered it was super friendly and nice! The food was HOT! He set up our trays of brisket, pulled pork, cheesy potatoes, Mac and cheese and sliders/corn bread.They also sent a card for our anniversary celebration!You have forever gained a customer❤️“

“I’m no crazy foodie but this is the best barbecue I’ve ever had. I ordered beef rib (picture) and my friend got the ribeye. I got the pecan pie for dessert too (pictured). Everything was delicious. Meat was falling off the bone tender. The corn is out of this world. My friend who is self proclaimed “not a corn person” loved the corn too. Service was excellent. The patio is a relaxing atmosphere on a warm evening.“

“I was able to enjoy the food truck at Baffin brewery. I got the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw added on top. He knew I was a man of good taste! Can't have a pulled pork sandwich without some coleslaw. Great service! Awesome attitude/ personality. Highly recommend!“

“expensive but so so worth it ?? i don't eat here often but when i do it changes my life, my soul ascends to another plane of existence where all that exists is soy garlic wings. their wings are so big and crunchy and juicy every time i take a bite my life expectancy increases by ten years. its so good, you haven't lived until you've eaten here. if youre coming here with others i would recommend sharing instead of everyone getting individual things to keep the price down. i spent 37 for a medium sized soy garlic wings and a plate of sassy fries plus two drinks, and of course a tip for all the incredible people who bless us all with their art. i wouldnt even think twice about spending that any where else but i would in an instant if it mean i got to eat here? 10/10“

“Hands-down, some of the best bbq, you can get in Metro-Detroit. I know many people would disagree with me, but I like it better than Slow’s or the Woodshop, any day. City BBQ’s meat is consistently better, more flavorful, the sauces offered are interesting (love the green chile!), and the staff is always kind. City BBQ is also significantly cheaper than the other afore-mentioned bbq joints. If you live in Metro-Detroit, go try it! It’s SO good!“

My server’s name was Kristen and she was an absolute delight - very attentive, quick, helpful when I wasn’t sure what to get, and on top of all that, she anticipated whatever my table needed. “The food was great (we had steaks and shrimp). The waitress was great too. We went a little early on a Monday and it started getting busy when we left. The waitress mentioned the cook was new and everything tasted great. The only leftovers were salads and bread, which we took home for lunch the next day.Prices are on the high side though.“

“Authentic place. No menu, no sides, no cards, cash only. If you're looking to walk in and get some delicious no frills food this is your place. The duck was fantastic and comes with a nice sauce on the side. It was about $20 for half a duck. Looking forward to trying so more things they offer. No for the faint of heart, they pull the full duck down and chop it up right in front of you. Don't mind the complaining reviews, this place is definitely more old school but worth the stop“

“My pregnant was craving fish and chips on this Friday Night. Decided to try Victory inn and they did not disappoint. There fries are seasoned which I really like, the tartar sauce is homemade which you never see and the Mac and cheese also I homemade and is fantastic. Even tried the pretzel bites and they are exactly what I was hoping for, nothing fancy. Soft, salted pretzels and nacho cheese. The only way it should be. The fish was great also ( fish and chips is pretty similar anywhere I think) but everything else made the meal really stand out. And the staff was great, very sweet to my wife when she ordered and congratulated me when I got there. Great experience, would recommend to anyone.
