“A Walled Lake Hidden Gem!BY FAR the best breakfast/lunch spot. I recently started going to Woodys within the last month and I can’t stay away! Every time I’ve gone in I’m greeted with all smiles and immediate service. (Melissa) seems to always be my waitress and she does an amazing job every time I go. (Tim), who is the owner and cook is the sweetest man. He always makes sure to come out of the kitchen after the food has been served and check on how the customers are doing. This gives Woodys a very family oriented feel as the same employees are always here and they are all family.The atmosphere of Woodys is old timey.. but in a good way! If you look around Woodys you will see old photographs depicting images of Walled Lake in the early 90s. You will also see old photos of the original owner Woody.The menu is absolutely astounding. The food is all handmade by Tim. The house fries/hash browns are cut by hand fresh every morning.On this particular day I decided to try the “Make your own skillet”. They have so many ingredients to choose from. It’s a guaranteed hit!Next thing to try on my list is the breakfast charcuterie board!! Never have I heard of such a thing.Absolutely delicious!“

“Holy Cow! This is the best breakfast place ever! Every thing I have ever ordered her is amazing and I have never been disappointed once. The restaurant is very small but they are easily able to get people in and out by preparing the food in less than 5 minutes! Waiters and Waitress's are very kind and very helpful. “I’ve lived in West Bloomfield for over 8 years and FINALLY had the opportunity to dine here. Husband and I went for breakfast and wanted to try somewhere new. We were greeted by the bustle of the open kitchen, friendly conversations between customers and staff alike, and immediately felt like we belonged here. Service was incredible from start to finish. “Stopped in today for the first time to try some bagels and they were amazing! My co workers and I all enjoyed them. We had a half dozen of plain, salt, everything, and cheddar everything bagels (my favorite) They were fresh, the selection was great, and the taste was incredible! “This is a harsh review. I really do love this place! But a small coffee costs $7 and the sandwiches are always super salty and way too spicy for the average person. The bravocado is good but my mouth is on fire...Lots of seating, but the tables kind of suck and the chairs don't line up with the table heights. A small thing makes a big difference if you're wanting to come work on stuff. Just a heads up.“
