“Before I get into personals, GET YOUR PIZZA FROM MI. York! If you are at all a pizza snob you will be pleased. This has truly authentic taste, texture, ingredients, everything. I lived in Brooklyn, NY for many years of my life, this is truly east coast style pizza that can hang with the best of them. You should consider yourself lucky that you're able to get this quality of pizza in Michigan. Had a fellow from San Marino try it while he was in town, loved it. It seems like the young kid that works the front is the owner or maybe family of the owner, Idk but he's super friendly and knowledgeable. I will be eating here for as long as it is around.“

“A Walled Lake Hidden Gem!BY FAR the best breakfast/lunch spot. I recently started going to Woodys within the last month and I can’t stay away! Every time I’ve gone in I’m greeted with all smiles and immediate service. (Melissa) seems to always be my waitress and she does an amazing job every time I go. (Tim), who is the owner and cook is the sweetest man. He always makes sure to come out of the kitchen after the food has been served and check on how the customers are doing. This gives Woodys a very family oriented feel as the same employees are always here and they are all family.The atmosphere of Woodys is old timey.. but in a good way! If you look around Woodys you will see old photographs depicting images of Walled Lake in the early 90s. You will also see old photos of the original owner Woody.The menu is absolutely astounding. The food is all handmade by Tim. The house fries/hash browns are cut by hand fresh every morning.On this particular day I decided to try the “Make your own skillet”. They have so many ingredients to choose from. It’s a guaranteed hit!Next thing to try on my list is the breakfast charcuterie board!! Never have I heard of such a thing.Absolutely delicious!“

“Food was excellent, the decor was nice with what looked like trees that had very pretty blossoms on them. They also had animal heads on the walls which are not my favorite decor….. but it is a restaurant that serves exotic meat dishes, so it makes sense. Servers were very nice and food came quickly. “First time dining passing through Commerce MI.Started with Tomato Bruschetta very disappointing in general. The Crostini was soggy and could be used as the topper for a french onion soup, the topping itself was not very good either.This misstep wouldn't prevent us from returning.Wife had Mystic Carbonara and thoroughly enjoyed it. I dined a little lighter with Sweet & Spicy Calamari as an entree and also enjoyed the dish.Our server Mark was attentive and professional.The restaurant itself is very inviting and we could envisionourselves regulars if we lived in the area.“

“Moana and Abraham are the sweetest people you can meet. The food is very tasty, from shawarmas, lamb chops, to deboned chicken. Everything I've eaten has been satisfying. They offer dine in or carryout. Stop in and give them a try! Let them know Lamar sent you.“

“It was my first time dining at STH and it wouldn’t be the last. My crab cake appetizer was great and I had the Chuckawalla chicken without the goat cheese and it was delicious. While I was placing my order our waitress asked if I was happy with the sides it came with or if I’d like to change them. No one has ever asked that before. I had the asparagus and swapped out the mashed potatoes for the brussel sprouts. The only thing that could have been better was if the asparagus had been seasoned better. A little salt and pepper fixed that. An all around great experience.“

“Great food! Had a hard time picking with many excellent choices. I had the fried chicken sandwich - crunchy, juicy, so good! My wife had the T-Bird Bowl. Delicious! Definitely a repeat visit in order. Brussels sprouts appetizer also a must.“

I had fresh, briny oysters as an appetizer. I then had the filet mignon, which was cooked to perfection - tender, juicy, and flavorful. The accompanying lobster mac and cheese was rich and creamy, with a delightful crunch on top. To cap off the meal, I had the decadent butter cake for dessert. The sweet, buttery crumb was complemented by a scoop of vanilla ice cream, creating a genuinely indulgent finale to an exceptional dining experience. “I love this place. Most importantly my favorite bartender TJ makes my manhattan perfect. I have had hundreds of manhattans (I am sure) over my lifetime, in airports and also very high end establishments. They all get it wrong. TJ knows to stir the drink and to strain the drink. He also knows the perfect balance of vermouth to bourbon. He takes this care with all his customers….for all their drinks. This, and the food, and the attentiveness of the staff, bring me back again and again!“

“Ah oh my God I LOVE this coney!!!! Very tasty homemade souls, crispy delicious fries, juicy burgers, and hearty proportions overall and for stellar prices too. A staple of the Wixom area. Only issue I have is the location it can be kind of a hassle to get in and get parking but it's all very much worth it. The staff are extremely friendly and nice, the cooks do grand work, and the restaurant is beautifully decorated.“

“Went to open mic night on a Monday. Liked the atmosphere a lot. Service was excellent!! Waitstaff was kind and friendly and on top of things. Great ambiance. The prices for a Monday and no happy hour on a Monday was a bit off putting. On average beers were $8 (basic beer). White claws $6.50. Sliders $2 each. Chips and salsa $4. I thought the food was good and decent prices but beers were pretty pricey.“

“I had the pleasure of visiting the Bistro on a Thursday night. We walked in to a full buzzing inviting dining room. Great music was playing and the decor is well done with artistic treasures catching your eye here and there. I arrived hungry. I ordered chili knowing it'd be quick and take the edge off. Normally chili is not my thing.... This chili was excellent meaty goodness well balanced spices and piping hot. Checked all my boxes for well done. We enjoyed the Mediterranean plank a long time favorite. It's delicious! The little nuggets of fried artichoke are a treat. The olive tapenade and roasted garlic keep us coming back. Services was timely, gracious, fun and funny. I love that a salad compliments your entree at the Bistro. The house salad is simply one of my favorites fresh greens house made dressing and garnished with dried fruit pine nuts and blue cheese. My boyfriend had the crave worthy Caesar. Entrees were Steak Diane a true classic that is perfectly executed and a special of Blue chicken the is worthy of consideration for a permanent spot on the menu. Although we did not enjoy dessert I got some views of others having the pleasure and next time I'll save room and indulge. There is a interesting mix of signature cocktails, full service bar with local craft beers, a thoughtful wine list that covers all the bases from a weeknight trying something new and not spending a fortune to let's make it special a go for a classic Cabernet. All in all you can enjoy the Bistro on weekly regular basis and have great specials or menu staples and never tire of beginning there.“

The mushroom soup was a comforting and flavorful delight, with rich, earthy flavors that warmed my soul with every spoonful. “Ever since the ownership has changed at Lim's Star it has become my family's favorite Chinese restaurant. We order both takeout and dine in and have never had an issue. My 5 and 8 year olds love the food and always ask to go here. My wife and I have tried many items on the menu and have been pleased with them all. Tim and family have done a great job with revitalizing this place and we will continue to return and recommend to everyone! You won't be disappointed.“

“Front staff was a little short tempered and fairly rude this visit. We just needed to seat 5 people at the non high top tables as we had one person who was handicapped joining our party. Waitress was pretty good, and the food was decent.Parking: When super busy parking is a little tricky but right next to Busch's grocery store, so can walk a lil bit if needed. “We had a great experience for dinner with our friend for her birthday. Kelsey our server was outstanding!! I asked about the Reuben Pizza and she said it’s so good. Well she was right it was amazing, so please keep this as a regular pizza and not just a special for St.Patrick’s Day! If you like Reuben sandwich’s then you will love this pizza!“

“Food was ok but again I hade a salad ? so I can't really be blown awayI have hade amazing salads out before my chicken didn't taste good and the lettcue was way to watery. They charge 10 bucks an hour to play pool which has its ups that way u don't have to share it but still... love the old school vibe. My brother loved the pizza ?“

“My husband & I had a lovely time at the Gander Restaurant within Embassy Suites Hotel. All the staff were top knotch friendly. Happy Hour had really good Nacho chips & different dips and drinks. The meals were fantastic. The Classic Club House with housemade chips were delicious. It was a huge meal at a great price. We'll definitely stay here again. Kudos to the chef and staff!!“

“The beer is cold. The food is mostly very good very filling burgers and sandwiches. However even if you're a great tipper like me, you will have to wait for service while while the staff is busy socializing with their clique friends. “We eat here often. They are fairly consistent and make it right when things are off. there’s absolutely no reason to go to Leo’s Coney Island when this place is within a mile or so. The Ruben, breakfast bowls, southwest salad kids menu are all good. they are patient with children and cater to an older crowd without much salt.
