The staff is very polite and also makes your experience enjoyable. Food is made properly and isn't slopped together like other fast-food restaurants. I would recommend this location any day!

Came on for lunch and decided even though it was raining to go inside and I’m so glad I did! I was greeting by the staff promptly and Ericka and I began talking as I was making my mind up and she is amazing she helped me decide on a sub she helped me download the app and helped me place my order there just to familiarize myself with it. She was amazing I’ll definitely be returning!

I made my order on drive thru order. Got to the window nobody acknowledged me at the window, took my money or nothing. They left me sitting there with the drive thru window open. Had someone at least came and said hi, there's a wait I would've been ok with that but nothing.

It's hard to find anything good in warren..the guy was cool and he hooked the subs up but he forgot the bacon on both of them. It was a chicken bacon ranch

Visited the 12 and VanDyke store, ordered a 12in turkey cali and a cookie in the drive thru. When I got home I had a turkey sub with the add one that I added to the turkey cali, but not the items that come one the turkey Cali sub. The cookie was not in the bag, I looked for the receipt to make sure I didn’t get charged for it, but of course the receipt was not in the bag either. The guy at the window was nice but I did not receive what I ordered. I didn’t feel like getting back in the car to go back to the restaurant.

Definitely would not ever recommend this Subway location. The person physically wrote down the order in a notebook, verified the order multiple times and I got home to find out it was incorrect. Did I mention that she originally overcharged us and I had to get that corrected? I called to let them know my order was messed up, and the same person answered the phone. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was not one and she hung up. I called multiple times, but no answer.
