Update! My colleague called after I did and spoke to someone different, she took her prepaid order over the phone. Everything was great this morning when I picked up the order. She even helped carry out my order. So for this part of my experience I upgraded my review from 1 star to 3. If I had this service yesterday I would’ve left 5 stars. Just sad of the original hassle I went through and the damage one employee can cause to a business.Original: Tried to call in an order for 12 dozen donuts (prepaid) for the next day, only to be told to order on the app or drive up when I need them at 6:30am. (Close to prime rush hour) I tried the app, I could only add 9 dozen but had to remove some because it exceeds the app $100 limit. I would think with a large order of such that you would like to be prepared and make sure that you have enough product to accommodate for the day. I called back after the app incident and asked to speak with the manager, he said they weren’t there but there’s a supervisor, I asked to speak with them to see if they will accommodate a prepaid order of such. He said I am the the supervisor, I asked aren’t you the one I just spoke with about the prepaid 12 dozen order, he said yes. He said there’s nothing he can do. I have never had an issue ordering, prepaid in advance at this location. I said I’ll take my business elsewhere, thank you. I wouldn’t trust they would have enough stock for an order of that size and I would want to know that I’m getting what I paid for and go. Not waiting on them and them scrambling because they’re not prepared. They need to educate their employees better.

Trust me if I could give zero I would. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and received a brunt bagel instead. I was at worked and called to informed the manager (which I used losely) she was polite to start apologies and asked me to bring the bagel back. I explained I'm at work and can't bring it back which she said that's there policy. Okay no problem. It's not worth the gas or time but I wanted to let you know because a worker their seen this bagel and instead of redoing it they decided to serve this to a paying customer. Her whole tone and attitude changed, she said "Do what you have to do" and hung up in my face. I then called back still calm and asked for her name because you hung up on me and I'm speaking to you with nothing but respect. She said a name that states with an "H" I believe and hung up again. Just called back to get corrupt number and the line is busy, not surprised. I just want the owner to be aware (if it isn't her) that NO business will be successful with that type of person running the show. I feel for the employees who work there because this is clearly her everyday demeanor.

I just worked here for barely 2 weeks there is a bagel that has sat in their oven burnt since I started and is still probably going to be there long after me quitting. today I worked 6am told them I could work until 10am and come 9am being 5 months pregnant did not get a break until I decided to walk out for good. I don't recommend visiting this specific Tim Hortons??

The young kids that work there in the afternoon have horrible customer service, bad attitudes and extremely rude. I've had issues here in the past regarding not getting my drinks made properly or being charged for something I didn't order so I never pull ahead unless I see the order and total on the screen and the afternoon staff are consistently the shift I have this issue with. Tried to order today and had to just drive off due to them giving me extreme attitude about displaying my order so I could confirm that it was correct. I'm not sure what sort of training they receive but they are in great need of additional training as far as how you speak to the customers. I won't waste my money at a place that appears to care less if I'm receiving what I am paying for. I wish there was a higher up I could speak to about this issue.

Ladies very rude nasty attitude messed up my order that I paid for. I cannot support low quality food anymore. Do not buy anything other than coffee and donuts from Tim Hortons. The quality is trash on any breakfast sandwich. Fast food = Trash food. Really disappointing at any location, it is Corporate that produced this garbage. This company along with Mcdonalds/BKing really do not deserve our money, literally robbery for this garbage.

Drive thru wait times may seem fast and impressive to the corporate office but yet again we have another fast food restaurant asking you to pull forward and wait on your order. Thankfully the additional wait wasn’t too long today.
