Trust me if I could give zero I would. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and received a brunt bagel instead. I was at worked and called to informed the manager (which I used losely) she was polite to start apologies and asked me to bring the bagel back. I explained I'm at work and can't bring it back which she said that's there policy. Okay no problem. I just worked here for barely 2 weeks there is a bagel that has sat in their oven burnt since I started and is still probably going to be there long after me quitting. today I worked 6am told them I could work until 10am and come 9am being 5 months pregnant did not get a break until I decided to walk out for good. I don't recommend visiting this specific Tim Hortons??

Update! My colleague called after I did and spoke to someone different, she took her prepaid order over the phone. Everything was great this morning when I picked up the order. She even helped carry out my order. So for this part of my experience I upgraded my review from 1 star to 3. If I had this service yesterday I would’ve left 5 stars.
