Business practice has changed dramatically. Tremendous cost increase. Quality and quantity decreased exponentially. I have asked other people, I know, and they have noticed the same. In regards to your foolish response, I don't feel anything, your business practices have diminished, it used to be excellent, now it's horrible and overpriced. Facts. Tubby's is nolonger a trusted value. It's not.

Usually like coming here for my subs.. Manager and team awesome friendly.But make sure that they add sauce on your subs or at least have a side.Because occasionally sauce is forgotten.... My local Tubby's. We've had family visiting from out of state this past week and the first thing they want when they come to town is Tubby's. We've gotten carryout from this location at least four times in the last week and every time it was perfect. Fresh, hot, melty... They have a big selection of sides: fries, cottage fries, jalapeño bites, mac and cheese bites, fried pickles, fried mushrooms and chips.

This particular Shop doesn't have a problem with the service or the food per se, yet the building looks like it was built in the 90's and hasn't had a bit of maintenance done yet. I'd suggest if you're the franchisee owner maybe reinvesting some of that money back into the business and maybe people won't be afraid that their food will be as old as the building.

Thee worst put together sub I’ve ever had from this location it was dry and my sub bread was split at the bottom making the sub so sloppy, falling apart and difficult to eat! By far the worst and my sesasoned fries were like crumbs the cook clearly didn’t have a care today and it shows. Other than that drive through service was fast..
Never had broccoli on a sub before! Definitely life changing! Service was polite and prompt, will be returning!

I haven't been to this place in years because I went vegetarian but I randomly got the taste for the Tubby's dressing today (it is a delicious dressing) and chose to give the hot stir fried veggie sub a try. I am both delighted and upset by how much I enjoyed it. xD It reminded me of when I used to get the mushroom, steak, and cheese sub (which I would recommend to the meat eaters). The people working there were also super nice! I will be wanting to return here soon!Vegetarian options: Under speciality subs they have the veggie sub with mushrooms. I just ordered it (minus green peppers and tomatoes because I can't eat those) and it was delicious ?

This particular location and the Madison heights one on 12 mile for some reason barely cook the fries tbh they look like they were thrown in the fryer for about 10 seconds if that. Other than that I have no complaints, subs are on point. But I usually stick to another location that I’m a regular at and honestly at this location I never had any issues.
