Always expect to wait 30 min for your food even if they are not busy. I guess that's Louisiana fast, lol. My order is never right. I was there after the lobby closed, so there was no way to get the items that they forgot to put in my bag. No one would answer the phone, and they did not provide a receipt, so I just went home. Super crowded drive thru so I went inside to order. There were 5 people in front of me, but the counter girl did not take anyone's order for 20 minutes! Spent about 40 minutes there only to get home and find they screwed up the order. Ordered a chicken sandwich and BBQ wings, pretty simple. Received a chicken sandwich and regular wings?
