I usually love this place but tonight after driving all day I decided to come here a get some chicken. It was so hot it brought tears to my eyes. I always get spicy but this was reticules, greatly disappointed

Always expect to wait 30 min for your food even if they are not busy. I guess that's Louisiana fast, lol. My order is never right. I was there after the lobby closed, so there was no way to get the items that they forgot to put in my bag. No one would answer the phone, and they did not provide a receipt, so I just went home. I seem to only have this problem at this location. I'm almost always disappointed but it's the only one in 15 miles or my house and my wife loves it. I'm always hopeful but rarely impressed. The food I did receive was good.Parking: Only a few spots and hard to get in the spots
Super crowded drive thru so I went inside to order. There were 5 people in front of me, but the counter girl did not take anyone's order for 20 minutes! Spent about 40 minutes there only to get home and find they screwed up the order. Ordered a chicken sandwich and BBQ wings, pretty simple. Received a chicken sandwich and regular wings?

I ordered a 12 piece chicken through doordash at around 6-7pm on a thursday, march 21. Best popeyes chicken I've had in almost a decade. ever since I left california popeyes has never been the same until today. I tried to call to leave a compliment to the team, but they were probably busy. Chicken was juicy, tender, flavorful and still crispy!! Great work!!
My dasher waited over 20 mins for my food just for my food to not be fresh at all smh. The dasher said they were extremely rude to him and was moving very slow and it’s supposed to be fast food..

The Popeye’s entire brand has a big issue and this location, like every other I’ve visited, is a perfect example. There’s absolutely zero management presence and so the store is nothing but chaos. It’s good chicken but to wait 30 minutes for your order in the store is nuts. Skip this stinkhole and go somewhere where you are treated with respect for your business and time.
