Wait experience was concerning food quality was ok but not good customer service kind of terrible. I think it's because certain employees and time of day. Probably need more dedicated employees.
Barely give a good amount of sour cream or cheese on food then charges almost a dollar for a quarter filled cup of each. Ripoff. Food too expensive. Service is a toss up depending on the location and time of day. Crunchy shells always sog out on the bottom from too much meat. Get home and unwrap a mess.Most times I want a refund but not worth the hassle. I stopped eating there often. Only go for last resort late night eating

Service's absolutely great ? the atmosphere also the food I personally love their chalupas.Parking: Where is handicap parking spaces however someone would have to hold the door open for someone best handicap with them the doors doesn't open up by their selfs with the push of a buttonKid-friendliness: I think it's a nice place to go with your family it's a nice atmosphere for a child or children to be in the line of a fast food restaurant.
