Always an issue here, either no line but a wait, or something is missing this time i Ordered at drive thru, told the lady what i wanted, she told me to pull forward. once i pulled up she said she never got my order... Maybe she was talking to someone else? Maybe learn to pull the mic away from your mouth? So she took my order at the window asked for a combo with a side order of chili. My mother had a stroke and a bacon and cheese potato is like one of the only things she eats. We drove and no one had one. I called and the man saved my Mom 2 potatoes and made them perfect for her. I will return when you get service like that. They went above and beyond!!!

Thank you for making my job a little easier by going above and beyond doing yours ❤️ the restaurant is always clean even during busy hours. I love this Wendy's because of Tasha!
