As a former manager I can tell this is run by an ineffective GM. Word is the GM here worked one of the managers until she croaked. The atmosphere is terrible as well as certain members of the crew, the GM especially. I was there the other day and seen one of the women organizing the freezer. Do they not have capable men to handle that? Just bulldoze this place and build a McDonald's. Always ask if the food is in date as well just do you don't get sick.

I was denied service at the drive through because I was taking too long to make my order. .... I was interrupted (put on hold) twice and an item on the menu wasn't available, so I had to make a new choice. So of course the order was taking longer. But staff terminated the interaction.

Just wanted to say thank you to Tasha who always has my orders ready (I doordash) she is always on point and is very Friendly. Thank you for making my job a little easier by going above and beyond doing yours ❤️ the restaurant is always clean even during busy hours. I love this Wendy's because of Tasha!

The crew that was working today between 12:30-1:30 was very rude especially the lady who answered the phone. I usually do not get this way but playing with my hard earned money is crazy. I have already spoken with corporate about them do better at this Wendy’s establishment. I know you may be short staffed but if you don’t like your job look into indeed or find somewhere else that’s hiring.

Sadly, this Wendy's is not good at all whatsoever. One time I went here and ordered a chicken sandwich, only to find out after eating almost the entire thing that it was raw on the side I didn't eat. Last time I went there they seemed to be out of Coke and chocolate frosty. I find it funny that this Wendy's is so bad not even the supplier wants to supply it. Want better? Go to a Wendy's that's further down the road that isn't the one near 275 or go to the Taco Bell across the street. Heck, even the White Castle would be better.

Always an issue here, either no line but a wait, or something is missing this time i Ordered at drive thru, told the lady what i wanted, she told me to pull forward. once i pulled up she said she never got my order... Maybe she was talking to someone else? Maybe learn to pull the mic away from your mouth? So she took my order at the window asked for a combo with a side order of chili. Well i was given the chili and a burger and of course no spoon... is communication and adding a spoon really that hard? And never received a receipt so i really have no idea what she put down for my order.

My mother had a stroke and a bacon and cheese potato is like one of the only things she eats. We drove and no one had one. I called and the man saved my Mom 2 potatoes and made them perfect for her. I will return when you get service like that. They went above and beyond!!!
