This store has really gone downhill. The franchise must be owned by a complete incompetent. The last 2 times I've ordered from here I had to cancel my order because it took over 2hrs to get a pizza. When you walk in people are crowding the entrance because everyone has ordered via the app but no food was coming out. I tried with the other customers to wait the first time about 30min after I ordered 45min prior when the other people told me they have been waiting well over a hour in the store. The warming boxes for the pizza have no hot-n- readies for any customers walking in and the manager said well system is down its going to be a hour for a "hot-n-ready" and then when someone got a pizza the cooler with all the soda is empty so they had to run and look for one in the back never filling the cooler, how the hell are the employees in this place keeping there jobs shows the incompetence of the franchise owner. Long story short if you do want Little Caesars I implore you go to a different location otherwise you and your family will end up disappointed.

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. We placed an order of pepperoni crazy puffs 1 hour before closing. When we arrived to pick up the order we were told that the order was not ready. Then we were told by another employee that the pans to make the food were dirty. Then when we asked for the manager, we were told by him that they did not have anymore of it left.Extremely dissapointed.Oh, also, they don't seem to be very clean.

We waited 90 minutes for a $4 order of the pizza bites. Everyone in the store waited for more than an hour, even for "HotnReady" pizzas. No explanation was given to anyone in the store. This isnt a one-time issue, its ongoing. The workers just hang out in the back with headphones. The management is clearly asleep, because there's no way a pizza joint this reputable should have this many problems.

This location has definitely slid way down in quality and customer service. Not sure if it’s under new management but it seems that there is zero management. Nobody answers the phone. last few times I ordered food was hour and a half out and definitely was not worth the wait.
this place is a NIGHTMARE. the past 3 experiences i have waited over 50 - 55 minutes for a couple pizzas that are “hot and ready” even ordering online and coming in later the foods still late, so when you ask why it’s taking longer than expected they get defensive and hide in the back. the attitude the cashiers and managers have is revolting. ill just got to 5 n levan

The store is incredibly short-staffed; there were three people working, and the one manning the registers had to go back and help cook the food. The stock of drinks is also very low. not to any fault of the staff. I respect their hard work, and I am disappointed in the hiring manager for not being diligent in staffing.

Not happy. This place used to rock. Service was fast and hot. I haven't been in here in a year and wanted the new crazy puffs which have been in Canada for a while now. Wanted to try them here and have to wait 25 minutes and have heard nothing but complaints since I've been standing here. Used to have 8 employees at one time now they have 4. This is the second store Mr illitch built and sad to see this place falling apart. So busy.?
